Is it necessary to remove the platter or tone arm counterweights, as well as the headshell-mounted cartridge, or will locking the arm down suffice?

Simply secure the tone arm and cartridge in place. The padding is sufficient to keep (my) SL-100 safe. Turntables model 1200MK2.

Is the dust cover on the turntable always on or always off?

I only use the Odyssey case dust covers when transporting my turntables; otherwise, they sit on top of the covers in the case.

Will these turntables work with DJ Tech SL1300mk6?

If they're comparable to 1200s or other OEM turntables, then yes. In my case, I have a set of Audio Technica 1240s.

Is it possible for me to work with them on an analog system? Are there any RCA jacks on it? I'd like to start a business. with it a quadraphonic system? Will an audio-technica shell suffice?

This is simply a sturdy box for storing a turntable. That necessitates the use of a turntable. There is no turntable included in this price. At the very least, mine did not.

It's not often that an online purchase surpasses my expectations, but this is one of them! When I first saw the price for this item included 2 (TWO! ), I assumed it was a mistake. ) boxes in place of the standard one - As a result, the DEAL MAKER was born! While turntables are quickly becoming obsolete in this "Digital-Age," DJs with pushbutton controls have entered the "age of the pushbutton. " These crates were ideal for storing my valuables during my out-of-state relocation. I've purchased "NEW" Pro Road Crates in the past, and the SKEWED handles and latches did not amuse me in the least. Some may consider this "petty," but I disagree when you pay PREMIUM prices for a new item with sloppy attention to detail. In any case, during my inspection of this Defect/Blemish-Free product, I was THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED by the FLAWLESS QUALITY AND CARING that stood out. Purchase at no cost to you. Solid construction, solid defense! The best investment I've ever made in my turntables! I used to transport my turntables and 12-inch mixer in a rolling Odyssey coffin

My wife suggested that I buy individual turntable cases so that I could set up and take down my equipment more easily when I perform. I took the plunge after months of hearing from her. Oh, my goodness, she was spot on! My set-up appears to be a lot more tidy! AND, because they're Odyssey, you can rest assured that your turntables are safe. At the moment, I'm defending my Audio Technica AT- LP120USB. They're a perfect fit!.

Be cautious, as mine did not fit and I was unable to return it

I couldn't return them because they didn't fit as they said they wouldbr>But I did have some time to return them because I was out of town and didn't get home in time to log in to my account in time to return them. The company wouldn't give me a one-day extension and the case never fit, so they were never used. All I want is an exchange. Now I'm stuck with a case I'm never going to use.

Exactly what I needed for my trip! These cases arrived much faster than I had anticipated and were ideal for my travel needs

To retrofit each one to my Vestax PDX-1000, I had to carve out some of the foam that was secured to the inside of the case. But it was simple to do in the 2000s! Even though I didn't need the extra, removable foam inserts they provided, it was nice to have them on hand just in case! br>br>I traveled internationally and both turntables were still operational! I decided to put one case in each of my two checked bags and stuff my clothes and other belongings around them. Overall, it went off without a hitch!.

These cases arrived in excellent condition, with the exception of one bottom flap that was opened, which I believe was the fault of the shipper rather than the seller. He liked how they looked, how heavy they were, and how satisfied he was with them. I'll keep you updated if there are any issues as he uses them, but for the time being, we're very happy with the cases and the price.

Fits the Technics M3DS 1200

This is one of the first cases I've ever seen, and it's very simple to set up and transport. After a few weeks of using them for gigs, I noticed one of my lids wouldn't close completely. I wasn't sure why until I noticed a bent hinge. They only lasted a month, but I enjoyed them immensely. If the lid hinges had lasted or if I had gotten them replaced, I would have given them 5 stars.

Exceptionally well-made A fantastic purchase! My only criticism is that I wish they could provide better sound isolation material below and around the edges of the turntables to ensure complete decoupling from vibration through the case

I've used other flight cases before, and these appear to be a little less durable. They appear to be thinner and lighter. Although the product isn't bad, I don't intend to use it for traveling with turntables. It arrived in a flash! They arrived 3 days earlier than expected.
