Cremona SVA-175 Premier Student Viola Outfit - 12"

I bought this viola for my daughter to play the beginner orchestra at school since the school doesn't have any violas for her age group. There was a problem with the scale and the quality of the instrument. The Cremona boxwood violin I've owned for quite some time is quite playable, so I asked my mother to try this viola. In recent years, she has taken more advanced lessons and was moved I love the sound of this viola, as does her teacher. It actually surprised me that her teacher thought the viola was great, but I actually expected her to look askance at it. I appreciate the quality of the construction, and it has a great sound as well. *My kids are already playing violin and viola for years, so the viola is a great choice for new beginners. It doesn't make sense to spend tons of money on something that will only slightly improve? The problem is that many people just over-estimate A bit pricey.

The more I review something, the less likely I am to give it a bad review. It is no longer usable after just a couple of months of use. Breaking strings are causing the strings to snap. Palatino 13 inch tennis racket has been in our household for the past three years - my daughter hardly ever drops a ball - I have no problem with that. This cost a lot more than we expected, and it will give up in a couple of months. This is not something I would recommend.
