I was disappointed with the product and the customer service. I received my order as promised and was able to tune it fine with my tuner, but the strings kept getting loose and as a result we had to tune it a lot before using it. I got $5 less back from the company who sold me the product than what I paid, but I learned a valuable lesson. I found out that the company who sold me the product would not give back any credit. Finally, Amazon offered to help me with returning the product. You do not need to waste your money or even more importantly your time on it, buy locally from trusted retailers.
