Don't spend money you don't have. I had to reshape the treads on the head because the fret board was out of place and cheap strings were attached. We would have had to pay another $500 to get that fixed, and then we would have had to pay shipping fees for a defective product. We will not do that again.
I really like this price! I really like the look and sound of this cello! Our teen cello student received everything they could want for their cello lessons.
A friend of mine gave someone a cello as a gift, and he really loved it.
Although the wood isn't as good as the sound, I still like the song.

It was a gift for my son who was just starting to play the cello we bought him. I was satisfied with the sound of the instrument, but we had to purchase new strings. There is a reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 star rating. Cellos that we washed in the first place had badly damaged wood, which was not caused by shipping, leaving us to wonder what happened to the cello during shipping? Fortunately, they had a nice new cello here within a few days of notifying the company. My son loves this cello! It's definitely a good instrument for beginners.
Having to post a review was a must, since this product was so great. A big thank you for the excellent shipping. It was a beautiful instrument, and the picture in no way was deceiving what I showed was what I received. A third advantage of the cello is that you have everything you need (every thing you can perhaps see in the picture and everything you cannot see). They even supplied new strings, which I was surprised about. This is a truly amazing movie. My initial reaction was skepticism as I thought it was too good to be true, and there was no warranty. After I called, I was told that I'd get a new one within 45 days of shipping if it broke. This is wonderful. My only regret is that I didn't get it sooner. I think it's well worth the money.
