CCOs report to the following person 100 % solid wood is used to make the 200 cello, and spray paint is used to finish it off It is coated with a varnish of luster.
Having not been able to use any of the spare strings that came with the cello, I can't comment on their performance. I am not a friend of the unknown. Although we would all like a good deal, I think buying the new products would put you at less risk of getting "dry rotted" items like I have heard from other customers. I wish you all the best. Thanks for all your support during the holiday season.
You daughter should be able to wear 1/8 size since it is suitable for people with feet up to 4 feet tall.
Cellos come with adjusters, so yes, they're all adjustable. However, I am a little worried about the quality of these instruments. When I was a student, I had a student order a keyboard, and it took me 3 instruments and almost $250 in labor after the fact to finally set it up and be able to play. Please do not hesitate to reach out to In the 480s I am prepared to sell you a much better instrument if you call me on 2362.

What I got instead of buying this was frustrating to me, and I bought it as a gift for my sister. As soon as I opened the box, I saw that the cello was in its hard case, and there were punctures on the bottom. Behind the styrofoam was a large area of styrofoam. The first time I opened it, I dismissed it and hoped for the best, but I noticed two other problems immediately. Initially, the cello had a small dent at the bottom of the base. It was the second rupture at the neck of the cello that caused the problem. Even with splinters in the wood and it no longer attached to the base, you could easily tell this item had been dropped. Normally, there would be a hole where the connection should be made. This means that you cannot even string up the cello correctly because the fingerboard will be too high. It's a real letdown, and even the cello stand that was included in the package In reality, the cello would probably fall off if I placed it on top of it. you have better odds of finding the right instrument in an actual store if you intend to buy an instrument that is as expensive as an instrument. You will save time and won't have to deal with such things in the future.
Having replaced the strings that were included, the tone immediately changed. A bad bow, however, is the only problem. It broke after a few weeks of light use when the tension screw inside broke. In addition, the hair on it may not be Overall, I am a fan of the cello. But it sounds muffled, which may be caused by the sound post. It would seem that it could be adjusted if that is the case. There seems to be good protection for the cello in the carrying case. Although the carrying handle straps are not stitched on very well, they are still very useful. A piece of the case has already been pulled away from the body. Simply because the bow and case are included in the instrument, it might be too much hassle to return it. In that case, I might just purchase another bow, unless Cecilio is willing to send me another?.
The carved instrument that I received was in excellent condition, and it was beautiful. In spite of reading most of the reviews and having some concerns, I was extremely pleased with my new instrument when it arrived, the bridge was set, and the strings were tuned. This model CCO- would be a great investment The price for a stringed instrument should be at least $200 because it's important to get a HARDWOOD instrument that has SOLID CARVING, don't go cheap with plywood or other materials for strings There is a significant difference between the two. The instrument's finish was beautiful, it was also well-made and it provided a high quality sound Despite a pin, fine tune screws, and a bridge that was inadequate, it served its purpose. When tuning the instrument slowly, the sound pin (inside) will feel pressure after not experiencing constant pressure for a long time. Warm your instrument up slowly in a humid room (warm mist humidifier that has been on for a couple hours if it was shipped in cold weather). If the wood is brittle, Please contact Amazon right away if you believe your instrument was damaged (as stated in some of the reviews).
Cellos on the internet have been warned against, but I ordered this one before I heard all of the warnings. In spite of my expectations, I brought it in to my local luthier, expecting to have it upgraded, but it turns out it was in very good shape, and it sounds excellent, too. In my opinion, the cello is worth the cost of the outfit, as it is a good piece. BUT, BUT, BUT. A bow of such a size is terrifying. As soon as I played with it, I found that it had almost no arch, the hairs below the frog were insecurely knotted, and several of the hairs removed from the frog. In addition, it feels cheap and unpleasant, and the hairs are coarse. It was necessary for me to replace the bow from scratch. I also had to replace the strings, which were cheap, high tension, and squeaky, as well as the rosin, which was too hard and difficult to work with. It was clearly worth the price because the cello itself was of such high quality. If I had purchased a cello of the same quality from the luthier, I would have had to pay 500 dollars. It cost me a total of $1,800 and I still had to purchase the bow and strings for my Cecilio. You just need to know that it is probably going to cost around $300-$400 To get proper accessories, you will need 400 dollars. I paid an additional 375 dollars for my bow, strings, rosin, and an electric tuner. It wouldn't matter what I chose, I would still make the same decision. The outfit won't come for 300 and that's it. Just don't expect it to be.
It would be great if I could give it It's a 5 out of 5. As soon as I received it, I didn't have the time to play with it until a few months later. I tuned it up when I had time and found that the A string lay on the fingerboard and that no notes could be played on it. In the past, I have wanted to have it professionally checked over. When I took it to one today, it appeared that, not only would I have to get a new bridge (the one I currently have is too short for the instrument), but I would also need to have a crack fixed on the backside. I missed the deadline to return this piece of rubbish, which has nothing to do with me. Although I am crossing my fingers after getting a new bridge and cracked repaired that the instrument can still play otherwise I am stuck with a very valuable piece of home décor. Aside from that, the case is poorly constructed as well. The handles on the bag have already come off the sides and the Velcro broke. Just getting this thing to the repair shop from the car caused several parts to break. I haven't even used it yet, but already just carrying it there caused several parts to break. A high level of frustration. The instrument you are purchasing cannot be bought. The following warning is in effect.
Having used the recorder back and forth and traveled to and from the store for one school year, we had to pay the music store to re-stint it A glue should be used to join Immediately after we bought the bow, we upgraded to a better-quality model. In any case, it's a beautiful instrument, and the overall cost was far less than purchasing the same instrument from a local shop, even after the cost of the bow and the repairs. The game has been played by my daughter for three years now, and she is getting ready to move up to a full-size Cellos of a larger size and higher quality. My sincere thanks go out to.
