My overall opinion of this strap is positive. While the quality of the strap is quite good, I can see it being used for a long time. When the strap arrived, the brass V-shaped attachments were broken (Wrongly installed plate. Though I believe the marketing photos show the v-shaped section in the correct position, even without that reference, one will conclude that it is shaped that way Clearly facing the right way on the plate is imperative) Taking it apart and making the corrections was fairly easy. The moment you find yourself facing the same issue, I recommend snapping a picture of the looping set-up before tearing it apart. This will be a good practice to know in case you need to change the rope at some point.
With its good materials, fit and finish, the Adorence strap is a really good choice for me. As soon as I put it on, I forget from where it hangs nor that it is on my neck. It makes my horn feel lighter, which is important. If you want an alternative to the common straps flooding the market, this is a good choice.
Neckstrab's design is fine. The adjustable cord (where it meets the strap) is a nice novelty, but I was able to play all saxophones (from Soprano to Bari) without having to adjust it. It is unfortunate that the hook mechanism snaps into the seating system. Due to the saxophone's normal weight, the hook separated from the strap after just a few minutes of playing. It is possible to snap the hook back into the connector, but the connection is too loose, so the neckstrap is useless.
It's a great strap that's well made. A 3 star rating is due to the absence of instructions on how to adjust the width of the product. Although I'm not entirely sure how to figure it out, it was frustrating and I'm not a stupid person. The brown and gray I also ordered were both delivered.
