I am updating The new Khaen was sent so quickly after they were informed that the instrument they initially sent was broken. A price point that does not match the experience or product is unacceptable. My contact with the seller has been made and I expect to hear back within the next few days. The seller had previously dealt with this issue with another buyer and had sent a new one shortly after the other complained. In the event that I do hear back from them, I will review it again.
