Due to the fact that I use this pouch in the context of tenor sax mouthpieces, I do not know about Nevertheless, the pouch is pretty deep, and since it was designed for trombone mouthpieces, I don't see it as an issue.
Due to the fact that I am not a player of alto sax, I cannot answer this question. I'd say no, if I had to guess. A set of three trumpet mouthpieces is designed to fit inside, which it does very well, but it's snug.
