In short, yes. Zoom Recorders will be able to use this. In most zoom recorders, you get around. The condenser element in the microphone can be driven by 1mv of voltage from the connection port. There is a caveat on the ME2 if it has an 1/8" jack A Zoom mic input can be connected to the locking mechanism of the II.

I don't believe it does. As for the windscreen, I think a hard one will be
Even with the wireless system it was designed for, it does not work well.

This is a proprietary jack that does not have an adapter. This cable has a screw collar around the 1/8 male jack, and plugging it into a normal 1/8 female port doesn't work well. Plugging it in will work, but it won't be THAT secure. Using an extension cable of 1/8 to 1/8 and wrapping it in electrical tape, my assembly was successfully completed. I would keep it if I weren't lazy, and return it for a different one. However, it was not to be. If you don't have a Sennheiser brand product you're using it with, then do not buy this unless you already own one, otherwise you will not be able to use it like a normal microphone and for some reason there is no adapter available!.
The sound on my YouTube channel needs to be high quality. Despite its impressive longevity, this mic failed to stop intermittent static issues after only 9 months. When it sounds clear during testing, it is not clear the next. I hit record seconds later, and I get static as a result. To see if there is any interference, I turned off my cell phone and disconnected Bluetooth headphones however, this does not seem to be the case. They were told that they would have to replace this mic every year in another review As far as I can tell, I've been doing it for 2 years too. The price of something that won't last should not be this high. I am disappointed with this purchase.
A piece of it falls off because it gets loose. This mic has to be replaced once every year The clip on this mic was awful. I am ok with the quality issues as long as it doesn't happen again for two years. In contrast to the spring clip on the previous models, the new clips become loose and fall off. I am not sure why they decided to change something so effective.
This lavalier is the closest I could come to finding it. My goal was to have to record my runs with a microphone on my car, along with an exhaust system that would be loud enough to record. I have tried a few lavalier mics on the market, but many of them only have a medium SPL rating, meaning that recording loudness beyond a certain db level can lead to To put it simply, the microphone would no longer function. I needed a TRS cable to work with my GoPro, so I went with the Sennheiser. It recorded the sounds of my vehicle well, although the actual quality of the audio left a bit to be desired. That said, it was As far as my requirements are concerned, it is a good fit based on its size. In order to acquire a better microphone, I'd probably need a larger one, or I'd need to use an external powered one. The ME2-B is a great choice if you want to record any extremely loud sound with a small mic There is no doubt that II is the best option.
Live sound was attempted with this product, but it failed to impress. There is no reason to pay more for the ME2 as it is more prone to feedback and handling noise. For this application, you should use the MKE2 or a headset mic such as the Countryman e6. We will be moving this to only be used in the field.
While this is a pricier product, I do find it to have a strong build for the price. The price is definitely worth it for lavalier mics of this quality. With this mikrophone I was able to use my H1 after buying an adapter, but it was worth it. I have several other mics that were cheaper, but I wish I would have just chosen this one when I first started.
I think this is the best mic I have ever used. This is what I have done. If you are using a shotgun mic, however, it's always best to pick up a second one to cover yourself, but I have been using these mics quite a bit.
