There is a rich, deep quality to the sound of these strings- From the older, higher end ones I had on the instrument before, these are of a much higher quality. As I have said already, I believe this product is very much worth the added cost, and if it were possible, I would give it SIX stars. Evergreen Violin is a company that I can recommend enthusiastically, both for their quality products and for their integrity, and I plan to do business with them in the future. As someone who has been using the Evah Pirazzi Gold strings for a few years, I can say that they are one of my favorite sets.
