Yes, as long as you get the right length, such as 1/2, 3/4, or 4/4 size. It doesn't matter what brand of violin you have.
It's simple to remove and/or reposition them at room temperature. Extreme cold, however, I'm not sure about.
There is only enough room for one violin.

My personal experience with the product has been that it is inaccurate. My notes were all sharp when I placed my finger on any of the indicating lines. I had to place my finger just behind the line in order to play a note in tune, but my violin was in perfect tune, which I double-checked with a Peterson Stroboclip tuner and a D'Addario tuner. It's not possible to reposition the decal once it's been removed; it won't stick as well once it's been removed.
I wish I could say it was a typo, but I'm afraid I won't be able to. This item is a rip-off. I compared my paten number to the image of the item and found that they were identical. This indicates that the product is a number of eight. 1" long. I found a 4 item that looks similar. 5" long. What a load of nonsense. This is something you should not buy. It's "First Frets" rather than "Don't Fret. " The product isn't what it claims to be. Because the packaging is exactly the right size for it, I can't say it was a misprint. Although the item states that it is a 4/4 violin, it appears that it has been shrunk. Make a financial plan. Get your hands on a copy of Don't Panic.
Alison Sparrow of YouTube, thank you for the suggestion! I bought it for both of my kids after watching Alison Sparrow's "The Online Piano" on YouTube. My teenagers were initially embarrassed to use the "Violin Tutor" channel. br>br>At first, they were embarrassed to use this tool. As they continued to learn, however, they began to appreciate the utility of this tool. The ONLY reason I bought this was because of Alison Sparrow's recommendation.
After a 20-year hiatus, I decided to buy an electric violin. I was in desperate need of a refresher, so I grabbed one of the First Frets and strapped it to my 4/4 violin. It's incredibly simple to put on and provides significant assistance. Perfect for beginners or those of us who have lost track of where our fingers go. I know I won't need it after a while of muscle memory, so I'll peel it off at some point, but for now - I'm so grateful for this! I intend to purchase a second for my two-year-old grandson when I begin teaching him in the next year or two. The few dollars it costs are well spent.
Don't mix up "First Fret" and "Don't Fret. "br>br>This is a "First Fret," not a "Don't Fret. "br>br>This does not go above first position or mark half steps. That could be exactly what you're looking for. br>However, I only needed this for upper positions, and this was the incorrect product. br>br>I'll have to reorder a "Don't Fret".
These small stickers are ideal for those who are just starting out. I am one of them, and they are extremely beneficial. The data is precise and easy to understand. My only complaint is that peeling the decal off of the backing paper is difficult, and if you do, the adhesive sticks poorly to the fingerboard in that spot; however, they are designed to peel off of the fingerboard when they are no longer needed. That is an excellent point, but it does have some disadvantages. Don't get your hands on the gooey stuff. It's also simple to line it up with the fretboard. Rather than using my fingers, I used a knife to touch it. Overall, it's a fantastic resource. They'll be purchased by Lid once more.
This is a huge help in learning to play because I don't have anyone to put fingerboard tape on for me, so this was pre-measured and all I had to do was peel and stick. To be honest, I found it a little tedious to apply, but after about 5 minutes, I had it tuned and ready to play. Even though there is still a small air bubble near the top, it has no effect because the string will never touch it. For what it was, I thought this product was a bit pricey. Moving between positions is simple; simply move your fingers down one fret line, and the spacing stays the same all the way up to fourth position.
I had no idea what "First Fret" meant. I didn't expect it to be as short as it was. There are only four positions available. I wanted the full length version, so I ordered it.
