I've tried all sorts of rosining to make a sound with this bow, and it won't produce one. There has never been a problem like this Would a defective bow have been delivered to me?

They seem to be different in quality in the hair that comes out of them. Although the hair on mine was fine, some students have purchased them and they have come with hair of clearly inferior quality. If you have a problem with your hair, take it to be rehaired.

Makes a lot of noise above its weight

It punches WAY above its weight. Generally speaking, I am skeptical when it comes to reading reviews on the internet, but this one seems to be making a lot of sense. It has only been a matter of minutes since I played it. Please whisper it to me. Compared to my medium quality antique pernambuco bow, I like this one a lot more. You can even keep one in your emergency spare drawer as a backup. Get one now before they sell out. It is something you will not regret.

I was pleasantly surprised

The quality is much better than I imagined for the price. It is a good little piece. In addition to pulling to one side when the stick is tightened, the hair also pulls slightly to the side. It is expected that this problem will disappear once the bow is re-crafted I am long-haired. While it has been revised, The cost of the hair job will be greater than the cost of another bow!.

I was surprised by how good it was! Having professional viola experience, this bow is surprising to find to be so There is one carbon fiber bow I use for outdoor gigs and the like that costs $800, but I don't think I like it as well as Take it to the salon for a re-do because the hair isn't very good

Also, it has a bit more balance on the tip than usual, but it is strong and has a spiccato that is incredibly smooth as well as.

The bow is excellent. It produces a rich sound and is great for playing with! It will be on my shopping list again, no doubt! You cannot find a better price and better quality anywhere else! This bow plays better than many of the much more expensive bows available for purchase. My viola looks great with this bow!.

Despite being less than a year old, the bow fell apart

For my child in middle school, I bought this bow. I used it for less than a year before it fell apart. The glue came undone and the hairs fell out. There were no cracks in the hair, and the glue did not stay.

The carbon fiber bow is a great backup for a beginner

It is amazing for the price but not the best. The sound is very dulled because it is carbon fiber, compared to a wooden bow. Despite that, it performs similarly to one of my bows (about $100), although the sound is not quite as captivating as my bow. Additionally, the hairs broke easily and took a lot of rosining to get them to fall. All in all, I find it to be a good.
