Questions & Answers

In what way are the tension and responsiveness? The pedal on my bike flops down or up and is not firmly anchored. Are you sure that this accomplishes ?

A good deal of stability is provided by this. To the best of my knowledge, it sounds similar to my Dunlop wah pedal. This is a high-quality product, and I am satisfied with its overall

alternative to this pedal for use with Roland VR keyboards that can be used on stage or on the road? It would be ideal if it had 1/4" jacks and a metal housing. ?

It's hard to count the amount All you need to do is It has a volume/expression pedal comparable to that of It is a five-speed expression pedal." There are quite a few to be found. (I don't know of any I can recommend offhand

The sweep looks smooth (compared to the Moog one), does it go from 0 to 100% There are 127 sounds available that are suitable for orchestral swells as well as wah-wah Wah funk, people?

As far as I know, Moog pedals are not my thing. It is an electric vehicle The investment of $5 does not seem to be worth it to me. Small and difficult to maintain under the foot, it is a very fragile device. It is estimated that I wear a size 12 (I'm 5' 7"). The entire construction is made of plastic. If you must use Roland, consider the Boss FVL 500, which features a solid aluminum body and oversized knobs. A little over It is advisable to purchase the Yamaha FV'7 if your options include anything other than Roland. The metal is white in color. There are no problems with its size. A sensitivity adjustment is not required, but it is rarely required I would estimate it to be about There is no wah'wah sound from them. That's an entirely different effect, and it's got its own pedal. It makes the smoothest sweep of 0 of all time There is a little bit of play built into the design of the FVL500. While a lot of gigs are set up and torn down, it can be difficult to maintain the same sensitivity level. In my own collection, I own both pedals and have used them

This pedal will work with HX effects, correct?

There's no reason you can't use it because it's considered a general expression pedal. There is also a 2 channel version.

When used with a reverb or delay pedal, it is very useful
4/5

I gave it 4 stars, not 3, because I think it is pretty good for the price. In part, I think they could have used a jack instead of a fixed length cable, so they only got 4 stars, not 5 stars. My purpose in purchasing two of these pedals was to use them with a BOSS Reverb RV-5 Six TC Electronics Flashbacks have been added to the system. *BOSS RV- *BOSS RV- In the 6 setup, you plug it into the expression jack and it allows you to tweak the level of the reverb while you play. You do not have to bend down to make adjustments. There's no doubt that TC Electronics Flashback x4 is harder to use. If you purchase this pedal, just keep in mind that you may have to Google the correct steps for using the expression pedal the way you want. In my case, I wanted to use it to increase the delay time. To do that, I had to 1) set the time back to zero on the flashback, 2) set the pedal to the maximum position, and then make adjustments to the feedback and level to what I want them 2) Return pedal to lowest position, dial in the timer again, and adjust both the feedback level and the feedback level to what works best for you at that position (in my case, I turned the level all the way down). A LAST THOUGHT The tapping tempo can be used to set the desired timing and then the settings can be stored as a With this pedal I can now add delay and/or reverb to the playback or take them out completely by using only my expression pedals. It's a real time saver for me when I'm playing.

You should be familiar with the expression curve of the keyboard you're using! Hello, I have recently gone through the process of trying to find an expression pedal that would work with my Roland VR-2000 Shortly, I experienced the same issue that many of you have, where the pedal doesn't seem to work all the way through its range of motion, and in some cases also does not ever fully lower to the zero position
4/5

My experience with three pedals from three different manufacturers led me to figure out what was going wrong. When my trial and error on my own failed, I went to the "reference" manual which you can get online from Roland and learned that the Roland VR-300 has two inputs a I2C port and a RJ45 port Among the four Expression Curves on 730, there are four. In the manual, I found that out of the four curves you can choose from, none of them go to zero, and only one of them has a curve that serves the function of a volume control (smoothly adjust For the first and last third of the travel, the other three don't make a great deal of a difference, and for this reason, the curve hasn't altered much for those first and last thirds. Thus, in summary, I believe that the pedals themselves are fine and it's the programmable expression curve in the keyboard that is causing the difficulty. Please let me know if this solution helps with your issues, at least in part. I am now taking my Roland off to see if any curves in my keyboard can be repositioned. It's all automated!.

With the Boss Katana Amps, this is a great combo
5/5

I bought this amp to go with my Boss Katana amp. Solid expression pedal. I found it quite solid, but of course I'll admit that I liked its smooth transitions during.

Does the job
5/5

some reviews I have read that complain this pedal is made entirely of plastic, or that it is too small to fit a size 12 shoe, I have owned one of these for 20 years and it hasn't broken. It works well and has a control for adjusting the range. Therefore, I bought another one to use with the second keyboard. You will not be able to measure the volume precisely with it since it is an "expression" pedal. It can't be expected to last with heavy road use, but it works for me and has been as reliable as it gets in my home studio.

A few of my colleagues are fond of this pedal
4/5

A Boss FV-100 usually does the job for me Despite what I still think is a very stout build, the 500L managed to break (two screws controlling the motion broke - The player that used it for 2 weeks did break it after using it by another player. The pedal is well liked by some of my colleagues, but the volume curve (with my Kurzweil) and the feel are not that impressive to me. While I am aware this is an entirely different price point - The price of the Boss is about half that. In terms of a plastic pedal that's this size, it's quite good. During my first pedaling experience, I used an M-series There was a similar audio to this, but it was not as good.

The gradation is inconsistent, and the material is extremely cheap
3/5

My opinion of this pedal was that it felt cheap. The sole of the foot pedal is made of plastic, a tragic sight. There is a feeling that it is going to break soon. The gradient is also When used as a volume pedal, it has a long period of low volume, then suddenly, about 70% of the way through, it spikes There is no smooth & easy way to do this An increase or a decrease over time.

Since I bought this pedal, I think it has changed
3/5

A lot of users are buying this pedal for their It costs $1 for a replacement pedal for an inexpensive ProLine pedal that stopped working suddenly. EVs have gotten a whole new look The Alesis QS7 doesn't play well with Version 5 of the software. In my opinion, it takes approximately 1 1/2 to 2 inches for sound to be heard, which is too long. On the other hand, it does work on my QS6, although the first inch or two does not produce any Once that is done, it is fine. The old electric vehicle I had I have a QS6 and a QS7 that seems to work with 5. In other words, I use the old EV-D A QS7 score of 5 indicates a perfect score. The new EV-1 and the old EV-1 On the QS6, the fifth place is awarded. If you use an Alesis QS7, you may not use this pedal.

There is a short travel distance
3/5

In spite of being Roland's only product recommended for its own equipment, this expression pedal has a short travel, so its smooth handling requires you to find a way to be especially gentle with it. I read that other pedals with longer travel work with Roland products as well, so those may be better options to consider, but there is no guarantee that any pedal will work with a certain brand of equipment unless the manufacturer specifies this.
