It is true. The peel can be easily removed.
In your question, you seemed to be referring to the height of the indented circle, where the piano wheels will be seated. Around 1/4 inch was what I measured. It is a circular area with a diameter of about two and a half inches. Despite the lack of room, the piano leg with rolling wheel will fit easily. Piano caster cups give our grand piano on a hardwood floor a great deal of mobility.
There are 7/8 inches of height in the whole. Nevertheless, since an indent has been made at the spot where the piano legs/wheels sit, the piano should be raised about 3/4 inch off of Thank you. I hope this was helpful.

I still need to get someone to lift the piano so I can get the cups under the back legs of the piano. had someone tilt the piano back so I could get the cups under the front legs, but this piano cannot be tipped forward I had to have someone hold it against the wall. Our next task will be to finish the rest of the project. The front of the carpet seems fine and it looks great. I wish I had done this earlier to prevent dye transfer in the carpet.
We replaced our carpet with luxury vinyl plank, so we needed something to protect the piano's tiny steel wheels from digging into We purchased these caster cups as a cost-effective balance between quality and price, but the rubberized pads likely marked the floor over time. So we removed the rubberized pads and replaced them with felt. We do not need to worry about things sliding I can't play the piano because of its weight.
The piano casters have been protected from the floor by the mats, as well as receiving the strength and beauty they need. Having liked them so much, we decided to purchase more so we wouldn't have to worry about the loveseats and chairs sliding on the new hard This item was originally found online from another site, but its price and shipping were For this price, a great product is offered, and I am fully satisfied with this purchase.
Having tried 3 wheeled dollies, carpet sliders, and rubber foot coverings on my pin, I decided this product would be the right one for me. On top of a mat, I needed a firm support from these casters since my carpet and pad give a bit. As far as I am concerned, this actually meets my needs significantly better than any other solution I have tried. Interestingly, the pin does rise by about half an inch (approximately) but it is much sturdier, nicer looking and more level (more leveling on the case They have so far held up well. I hope they do not.
The solid wood is sturdy and the rubber foam under the cups is grippy. Approximately one inch higher pedals are raised by this device. It took me a while to adjust my bench to the new height, but after a while I got accustomed to it. These are vital, as the weight pressing on the floor over time may cause damage to the floor.
In this case, I used it as a gas range riser because I did not want to extend the built-in riser too much, for fear of breaking it when I pull it from the wall when servicing the range. Stove feet should settle in well when they are of a good height, quality, and inside diameter.
For protection of hardwood floors, we use solid products with thick foam on the bottom. Since the pedals would be higher due to the thickness of the material, they would be positioned higher.
The hardwood floors in our home were just refinished Done, these are perfect for placing under our piano legs to protect them from damage.
