I used a rubber strap covered in a stretch Mac to wrap around the keyboard and close the bag. The inside of the bag does not have any strap to hold the keyboard.
It would be a little tight on length, but it would be perfect on height and width, along with little extra room left over.
Ensure that the Yamaha PRS 970's size is not larger than 40"*16"*6" Inch Even though this 61 key keyboard case should fit most 61 key keyboards, it still needs to consider the case's size and the keyboard's size.

It's time to get the zippered bag out. I was told by a few people how attractive the bag is and how well it protects the contents. As the case has small zippered compartments, it also makes it easy and secure to package items such as the cord and any other accessories. I wrap the music stand in a towel and tuck it safely inside the keyboard enclosure when I zip it closed.
My Roland Go key will be safe in this bag. This is an awesome bag. Exactly what the doctor ordered.
There is also space in the bag for my keyboard stand.
I have not carried it yet to see how it holds up, but I might double stitch the bag's.
The gig bag isn't as good as it could be. Since the item was relatively inexpensive, I did not expect anything Due to the fact that it is unpadded, you must use it carefully. Depending on where you are going and how the trip is going, it might be okay for travel. As it turns out, I bought it to relocate my keyboard for those rare times when I will be moving.
It would be nice if there was more padding, but I will always carry it myself and will not leave it with baggage handlers. While the zippered side pockets are handy, my keyboard has a music stand and I would have preferred that instead of two pockets to store my keyboard.
There is nothing to be done. I have no complaints about what I have seen so far. The bag fit my keyboard perfectly and had plenty of storage on the outside with a large pocket for my pedal and power supply, and a pocket for my tablet and sheet music in the sleeve. It has decent edge padding to minimize bumps, but its lack of padding on top could prove burdensome during a hard drop, but that is to be expected for a case at this price point. The zippers open and close smoothly, although only time will tell how long they will last. In our experience, it is lightweight and adds very few kilograms to the total weight of the gear when My only gripe is the lack of all-around integration, on top of the lack of interface design One benefit of heavier padding is that it has straps that enable the case to be carried like a backpack without a shoulder strap. It would have been nice to have a sling option, but I knew it wasn't available before I purchased the case. I am pleased with this case and it came as described. Overall, a decent case for the price. It would definitely be recommended to others.
When my daughter used it for the first time, the shoulder strap ripped completely off. The quality of the stitching is poor. The $40 was a waste.
I ordered the piano case the same day as it was pictured, and it arrived the next day. I was very satisfied with it. This is a highly recommended book.
