Questions & Answers

Is it possible to mount this on a pole?

My understanding of monitors is that they are usually mounted on poles There are no obvious mounting points, but the device is mounted. If you want to drill your own holes, I presume you would do that yourself.

Are you using this to model amps for guitars?

It sounds like the amp would be good The amp might not be loud enough if you are looking for one that is loud. In order to get the best results, create a preamp or boost your signal to be sent to the KXD12. In addition to working well on its own, it also works with a PA. In addition, I sometimes have issues using the built in effects unit and with the EQ sliders, which are somewhat fragile. With the KXD12, I've been pleased with the value I received considering the price I paid.

The stereo link works, but how does it ?

The answer I'm about to give will apply to most amps with a stereo link, so I'm not worried about it being an old question. Connect a stereo link to another amplifier to increase sound quality. Input the signal is received by the input and transmitted to the output. Output the signal is sent to another amplifier. When using the stereo link, you could add another KXD12 to come up with a total of eight channels. As I have used it as an effects loop in the past, I can also say that this can also be used as such.

Approximately how many watts does each channel have? What is the equivalent of RMS?

A 600 watt super amplifier is definitely the way to go. It's not the same as a Roland keyboard amp. Compare this amplifier with another amp. It's not a good idea to do that, Roland, FENDER.

Selected User Reviews For BEHRINGER Keyboard Amplifier, Black (KXD12)

The good times were fun while they The following has been edited In the early days after the warranty expired, I turned on the amplifier and it wouldn't operate at all
3/5

I made sure the fuses were all in good condition. To have it checked out, I took it to a local music store that sells Behringer amps. After four days, I get a call that the board has burned out. It's impossible for me to do anything. There's no way to fix the problem. It just needs to be replaced. Because the warranty had only just expired, I was going to have to pay for a new one myself. The amp I own is not used for gigging. About three times a week, for an hour and a half, it gets played in my studio next to my drums. Having bought a 350 dollar end table and foot stool, I now have a way to store it. As an alternative, I chose the Bugera amp. am uncomfortable having to spend another 350 dollars on the same amp that only lasts 3 years and one little resistor goes bad and all of a sudden the amp cannot be fixed and I am left with a brand new looking amp that doesn't work. I'm disappointed because I loved the sound of this amp compared to the one I got now, but I'll put my money somewhere else until I find something better. I am rereading an old review I wrote a few years ago It took me a lot of research to find a decent amp to run my Alesis DM10 Mesh Studio Kit through, and I finally decided to go for It was nice of me to do so. The review for this amp keeps showing up in some forums after I haven't read many on dedicated drum amps. As opposed to the smaller amp I had originally planned to get, I decided to upgrade to this 600 watt model instead. Those pictures show exactly what you will receive and the description on Amazon is accurate as well. It makes some serious noise when I connect it to my speakers. The good kind of noise. That drum sounds amazing! The low end has some serious kick to it and it handles highs and mids like a champ. Cosmetically, it's small enough to put in your jam room and powerful enough to use on stage as well. When you're sitting next to me with the kit, and you have it on a little more than a quarter of the way up, your jaw drops. You can hear it! As well as the EQ, it has a lot of useful features. It is extremely useful for fine tuning my setup. This is pretty good for a mere hobbyist. If you are a serious enthusiast, I am sure you'll find this to be enough. As well as the price, it is fantastic. Previously, I saw this exact amp sell for 100 more on other websites and in my local shop. If Amazon would let me, I would give this guy a 10 star rating. As far as I'm concerned, I'm happy with this amplifier and feel confident in recommending it. I would appreciate any questions you may have in the comments section. The response will come from me. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. Let me know what you think. Let's make our buying decisions together better in the future. We thank you for your support and ask that you stay safe. Thank you for shopping! I will update my review if anything changes while I am using the product.

The amp can't be used when it suddenly begins to generate white noise
3/5

This was a small practice amp / performance amp that I bought for my Korg Kronos keyboard and it was a decent (not spectacular) amp that excelled at what it was supposed to be doing. Up to about 20 minutes after that I was using it for 30 hours, then it suddenly stopped As a matter of practice, it continued to blare white noise at maximum volume. When I turned it on and off again, it returned to working properly. In spite of that, after about 20 minutes After 30 more hours of use within a small performance, this happened again, disrupting the performance. I have now decided that this sound system is unusable for any group or public event after experiencing three episodes during practice. The customer service department has been contacted Our next step will be to hear what they say.

The sound is great and very clear
4/5

However, there were no good instructions with this amp, and I would have given it five stars if they had been. I first researched and dug through some of their other amps before I found the Klark Teknik FX-- It was not mentioned in the instructions that there was a "Presets List". There is no way to know which of the 100 presets are available without this list. thought you could only have one preset at a time. Also, a couple of buttons near the fourth input aren't clearly labeled as to what they do. In terms of graphics, the equalizer works great, and if you get feedback it is easy to see which frequency it originates To the RCA jacks I have connected a Bluetooth input as well as a Karaoke system. A very sturdy material. The amp is awesome.

This amp is great for gigging, great price, and great quality
5/5

I see no reason why this amp shouldn't be considered, especially at its price. After a bunch of research, I found this amp after playing keyboards in a rock band looking for a small amp to take to gigs and to practice when playing. This is a great device for beginners, including many of the features you will need plus great tone, and is almost half the price of the big models You can name the Thanks to the wide array of input channels, I am able to connect my keyboards and microphone through dedicated lines into the AMO, where I can adjust both the volume and the tone of my audio input. It is one of the amps I have recommended to other keyboard players and musicians I know in the Washington DC area who have already purchased The majority of them have said they love it.

I was searching for exactly what you offered
5/5

For my Alesis DM10X drums, this amp is perfect. If you are looking for a high-grade amp, then look no further. The clarity of the text is excellent. It is great to have so many settings to choose from, which allows me to play with new possibilities. Until now, the best product on the market. One of our band members asked if the venues we play at have enough volume to carry it if they are large? The demonstration left no doubt, and turned it into a straightforward argument. This is a very impressive image for a small size. Of course you can cause distortions with any photo but a little common sense should prevent this from happening. I have no reason to believe it won't hold up, but time will tell if it does. I recommend this service to anyone who e-mails.

It is enjoyable for the kids to listen to Children enjoy playing with the voice effects, but as others have noted, it would be better to just have one reverb with perhaps control over a single parameter (room size, etc
5/5

), rather than searching through all the reverb settings that are not echo - same as above A single control (the timing) would make this amp a perfect buy. * That being said, there are many other terrific things about this amp. I should have thought about knocking off a star for advertising this as 600-plus Watt when it might be equivalent to a 200-watt There is a price difference between this amp and the 500 watt amp, but the features and sound are really, really good.

Behringer KXD12 Keyboard Amp (superior)
5/5

It's hard not to like 600 watts with a 12 inch Turbosound speaker and a 1" high-quality subwoofer Driver for frequency conversion. This is the 4-part structure The mixer has a 7-channel stereo output In addition to the simplicity of a 3-band graphic EQ, the FBQ feedback detection system and 100 presets of the Klark Teknik effect processor make this the most useful little amp on the market. I really like the little amp that's easy to carry and packs a punch.
