the 12 bass accordion straps we have are different from the ones we have at the store. It's my fault.
At all 4 ends, there is a 3/4" width
Yes, I believe that is true!
I'm not sure if they can be returned but they can be returned if they don't

In order to replace the worn out straps on my old Hohner accordion from the 1960s, I bought these straps. In the present day, everyone wants to sell you one of those wide, huge "elephant" straps, and that wasn't what I wanted. It seems everyone nowadays wants to sell you velour straps, but I didn't want that. These straps measure just a bit over 2" at their widest point. The backing and exterior are indeed made of leather (it looks and smells like it), but the contact part is made with polyester and foam, which is surprisingly comfortable. I can use them with my 1996-2001 Basically, this is to restore an older bass accordion well (just a bit on the long side) to its original state. I'm concerned only with the leather strips on the top and bottom of each strap that attach to the accordion. I don't know how long they will last, but I'm looking forward to seeing how they hold up over time. I would rate this purchase as excellent. As a result of the flimsy leather fastening strips, I took away one star.
After a while, I started to lose the shoulder straps that came with my accordian. The fact that I use this program so much is embarrassing. Among the criteria we use when evaluating instruments and straps are our personal preferences. The straps for these straps were not evident to me when I saw them. As for those, I don't use them because I find them to be a hindrance. It is slightly stiffer than the elephant straps I used on my larger instrument, but there have been worse straps too. While I won't be throwing these out, I would prefer something a little more flexible. As a result, I expect them to be a little more expensive 1) My own objections are more personal preferences, as noted above. There is not much risk of the starps breaking and they seem to be able to support more weight without bending.
It is easy to mount on an Our previous straps were very old and smelly, so we bought these ones to replace them. New straps are very soft, do not smell, and are easy to install on an old accordion (1950s). This back strap holds the accordion steady, and I particularly like it. Since I am a short person (5' 2"), even on the smallest setting, the straps are a bit too long for me. To make the accordion sit higher, I will need to figure out how to raise it. The straps might be replaced by a cobbler if they need a new set of holes punched into them. The rest of the story It is great to have these straps.
It is important to note that you will need a set of needles for this project Pliers with a long nose are needed for the installation. There is no way to attach these straps to the accordion because they are very stiff. Furthermore, there is no self-adjusting feature on the back support You are released. If you don't want to get strapped in, it's best to wiggle into the harness from the bottom or have a friend or bandmate do it. I am generally satisfied, but a few caveats apply.
In just a few weeks, they arrived just in time for a gig (the old straps had ripped during a prior concert). Their fine, comfy and reasonable price makes them a good choice. The back strap is a bother for me, so I have tucked it I'll probably just cut off their wires.
The straps were easy to put on and have an attractive black shine. They feel very secure and are of very high quality. Despite the fact that I find them too large, I can't fault them for anything else. My straps are just a smidge too long, even when set on the smallest strap holes, even though I am fairly tall. It would be better to punch an additional hole into the main strap so that they are a Also, the straps on the main parts of the dress are quite wide, which may be a good thing for offering comfortable support, but otherwise I am not used to it.
It is clear that this is a substandard product. The straps appear to be well made when they arrive, but they fail quickly. This is the second set we have purchased with this result. It is a small adjustable strap that bursts off the big one. Playing with these straps around the house is casual Instruments cannot be taken on the road I adore the accordion, and I enjoy playing it for an hour every day. It would be great to have the money returned if possible.
These straps are made of high quality leather. It is the first time I have used the strap with the horizontal running As long as you get used to using it, it gives excellent support to my back and shoulders! It is a bit challenging to put on by yourself, but I really like how it supports me.
