Yes, there were instructions for wiring the pick-up. There are two ways to do this. If you wanted to hook them up out of phase, you had to do it in two ways: 1 way and 2 way. Making a humbucker a split col for a thinner sound by putting the pickups out of phase. I hope that this information is useful.
I don't think there's any reason why it shouldn't be done. They should fit your guitar if it has two humbucker ports.
They'll replace humbucking pickups in any guitar with a humbucking pickup route, but I'm not sure they'll sound any better than the stock pickups in your strat.

If you decide to order them, keep the price in mind. These are excellent upgrades for a cheap guitar's factory pickups. They have a nice sound and are well-matched. They are brighter because they are ceramic magnets. It was easy to solder. I used the neck pickup from an Epiphone SG G-style guitar to upgrade the pickup on a Squier Bullet Stratocaster single humbucker. 310 The tone of these was drastically different. They have a vintage tone to them, but they can handle distortion well. Keep the cost in mind once more. Don't expect to get that kind of tone for $30 if you buy a Duncan or DiMarzio set. These are ideal for replacing your cheap guitar's junky factory pickups with a high-quality pickup.

On an older Schecter Omen-style guitar, I installed these pickups. They're on my Epiphone SG now. They were a perfect match. They have a nice clean sound when not pushed, and a powerful distorted sound when pushed. They are 4 wire pickups, so you can split the coils if you want to. I'm happy with them; they're a significant improvement over the stock pickups, and the price was fantastic!.

There is a lot of volume and a good tone. br>br>Ebay has a lot of Wilkinson humbucker pickups for sale, but even though the pictures show the correct wire colors- The color yellow is extremely attractive. The wire colors are incorrect when you receive them. In my experience, they haven't been great pick-ups. These from Musiclily are great because they have the correct wire colors. I'd buy them again if the opportunity presented itself. My purchase was a great success.
Because I didn't want to spend more money on the pickups than the guitar, I installed them in one of my less expensive guitars, a Jackson JS22 DKA. I usually use SD cards, but these are pretty close, and for $30, you can't go wrong!.
