Questions & Answers

Do you think this will fit a telecaster deluxe American professional series from Fender?

Telecaster-style pickups cannot be used with this pickup since it is designed specifically to fit guitars equipped with Floyd Rose bridge/tremolo systems. It is highly unlikely that all of those theories are valid).

What are the chances of getting a clean tone using this tool?

Without a doubt! The pickups (as opposed to alnico) in this pickup have ceramic magnets, but they have a very nice, clean tone, making them ideal for many musical genres. A general rule is that you should not use this pickup as the neck pickup, but rather use it as the bridge pickup. As a result, this pickup provides a warmer, but more focused tonal quality, if you do play distorted or overdriven. guitar player who likes to play clean all the time (as I do), then I would strongly suggest choosing an alnico magnet pickup, for a more vintage-style However, if you play chords with distortion in your playing (hard rock, metal), then this is a wonderful pickup that produces a wonderful sound. an excellent guitarist) uses this pickup, and it's my favorite of all of his many picks/sounds. So sure, you can get a nice clean sound with it, but it was designed for hard rock/metal players, not blues or jazz. Thank you for your help.

There is a statement in the title that says this is the beta version Despite the fact that in the description it appears to be Would you mind telling me which one it is?

I would say it's the TB6 for sure. There is only one reason for the description to contain SH6B (B for bridge) in the TB6 since the pickup is identical in every aspect to the SH6 beyond the This description must just be a copy of what's in Trembuckers are always bridge pickups, so there is no need to include a B in the description of the TB6.

What string version is this? Is it a six or a seven ?

Can anyone tell me what number comes next? There are six strings, so it's for a six For a , how many pole pieces would be needed? A 7 stringer, that's what you've guessed. TB is a tremolo, also known as a trembucker, featured on Floyd Rose tremolos. Getting the SH- will be a good idea if your guitar does not have a locking system

Added an update
3/5

Although they sound incredible, they have some limitations. The updates were installed after they were installed. In my opinion, it's a great idea. It's still a bummer with the cracks in the plastic, but that's just how it is, so it just gets a low rating as a result. I haven't tried them yet but I was a little sad when I heard that. Compared to the multiple $20 humbucker clones I bought off Ebay, I would expect a lot more if I paid over $80 for the guitar. There was a crack between each hole piece on these Seymour Duncans. I did a quick search online and found out this was caused by the machine pressing in bobbins or by the way the plastic flows into the mould. This is either a very expensive option or the quality control should be much better.

Duncan Distortions is the King Daddy of High Output Metal Pickups
5/5

I have been using the company's pickups since the 80s along with a lot of bought my first distortion with Trembucker spacing, and I'm quite surprised at how much better it sounds than the standard spacing distortions I've usually Besides metal and hard rock, the Distortion has various other styles to offer. The tonal palette of its content is much more versatile than the name of the music would suggest. JB is more versatile, but if the JB isn't up to the task and you want more bite, crunch, and punch, the Distortion will bring things to a new level. Even though it's not as rude as the Invader, it can rip with the best of them in Chuggsville's downtown. On some of his PRS and Yamaha guitars, Carlos Santana used the Distortion on some of his guitars, including those played by George Lynch, Chris Holmes, Randy Rhoads, and more.

The perfect compliment to punk or metal music
5/5

You should consider this pickup if you play aggressive music, and you want to give your cheap guitar a little more "oomph. " Due to the ceramic magnets in this pickup, it is able to generate a high level of heat, which makes it very suitable for aggressive styles of play. Even when you roll off the volume a bit, you can still get a decent clean tone, but it is in the distortion mode that this pickup truly excels.

The rhythms of metal are solid
4/5

Based on forums and youtube videos, I expected this to perform about as well as it did in an alder Jackson DKMGT. With it, at first, the guitar sounded terrible. However, when I took out the active boost part and wired the guitar like a les paul, it sounded just fine (if that helps). I believe that noise levels are excellent and that a 90 dollar PU should be fine. The PU is quite enjoyable to play if you are into brutal heavy rhythms. There is no PU that can do everything, but there is certainly one that has strong emotional dynamic leads. As people say, it's the same thing. It has brilliant sound with high output (I have to adjust the amp settings each time I change It seems to have a generic ring to it. I can't think of any new flavors here, but I'm not going to BS.

It's time for the pickup
5/5

The time period. What is your favorite type of rock and/or metal? Having searched all the possible results, you are done. We've reached the end! I like the sound of this track when I blow it up or when it's turned down, it's punchy, chunky and very natural sounding. The mids are lovely, there are lots of harmonics and the highs are also very natural sounding. Having a Hi-Fi is like having a Hi-Fi Pickups with a high-speed connection and room to spare. It's just an easy thing to do.

I love the sound of this pickup
5/5

You can get a great deal on a pickup like this if you need a vehicle that is mud-free. Although not as awful as the Dimarzio super distortion, it still sounds good.

I am very pleased with this upgrade to my old guitar
5/5

I liked the factory one, but it was a little muddy and distorted. Now I need to upgrade my neck pickup since I like the new tone so much. It is imperative that I find the perfect distortion trembucker for this guitar.

This is incredible! That's all right
5/5

There's just something about the pickup that I like. With a Charvel So Cal and a Fender American Special HSS Strat, I play that song. I think you can tell from the reviews just how great this pickup is for high gain distortion, but what I really enjoy is how it responds to the volume knob of the guitar to clean a bit and to produce an AMAZING classic rock and blues overdrive sound. However, you should just buy it and go for it.
