I bought this Mexican Strat as a used item in 2006. It was ridiculous how loud the pickups sounded no matter what the gain was. A few years ago, I installed a set of noiseless pickups from a competitor's site, and I have enjoyed them ever since. A couple of years ago, I bought a gutted Epiphone Les Paul for 30 bucks, and when I built it, I put the Jazz/JB combo in it, and the tone was jaw-dropping. The set from my vintage Telecaster sat so nicely in my Tele that I swapped it for my current One more time, the water flowed. A dead silence fell over the room. You had to boost the front end of my Marshall in order to hear a hum, but I was able to hear it if I stacked every overdrive I had. I will now detail what led to the SSL-related issues Initially I hesitated to go back to it because I didn't want to hear the crazy hum again. In order to make my project more secure, I invested in SSL certificates There is one neck, SSL-compatible There is only one middle, SSL There is a bridge on the 5th. Yesterday night I had them installed, and I am amazed at how good they look. It is clear as a bell at the neck and in the middle It is brilliant to see between tones. The most important factor is that the hum is hardly noticeable at all. The Mexican pickup you remember from five years ago is there, but it's a world apart from the stock model. It's very pleasing to the ear and the tones are superb.
After cutting the wires from the stock pick, I attached the new one. You can use the neck pick up to pick up and remove it to the trash (I often only use This is where I spliced the David Seymour Duncan pick You can work up into the cut wires without any polarity problems (much easier than if you did it correctly). The cheap guitar now has a great tone similar to that of an actual Fender (though I am sure the Fender would sound better, but for $160 I am more than satisfied with the results). It would be nice to compare my pick to the original To change between the original (middle) and the new (neck) pick-up move the middle pick up between them This Seymour Duncan guitar provides a fine upgrade from a bargain guitar and a fine performing I choose the middle pick - The next version will replace the previous one. It could possibly be a Fender decal (but I doubt it).
In addition to having a remarkably organic and round sound, it can handle a lot of gain with ease. This one is in the neck once again, and I've given it There is also a 5 in the bridge, which is an excellent single. This guitar features a single coil, but the sound has a humbucking quality without sacrificing the strat sound in any way.
I like this sound because of the clean sound and the slight distortion This will distort the.
I like the sound of those.
The pickup has great tones that are reminiscent of the late 50s and early 60s. Reverse engineered from the same pickup used in the Fender 57/62, the Fender 57/62 sounds very similar to this pickup. It is really important to listen back to what they have to say - I tried this pickup again to hear the difference, but the sound is just a little fuller this time, with a little more low end. Two of them are in the neck position and one in the I like how the neck feels thick and syrupy when playing with the right amp settings. Just a little bit of jangle can be found in the mid. In the bridge position, I have not tried the pickup, so I have no experience there either. You should be aware that the magnet polarity on Duncan pickups is reversed from Fender pickups. If you're using both Fender and Duncan pickups in the same guitar, make sure you read the installation instructions carefully to avoid phase issues.
Great pickup! I like it a lot! Having it installed in the neck position makes it sound great.
The neck part of this tool works great.
