My set was about the same price as a set of another brand, but I'm a fan of Musiclily products, so that's why I decided to get the Musiclily set. The finish of these shoes didn't appeal to me when I first got them. There appears to be chrome on the wheels, but the ends are pitted an inch or so. There is a difference in the finish The batch I received might have been bad. While they're very functional and work well, one of the appeals of stainless steel is how smooth and dull the finish is. Unfortunately, I think these are not quite as attractive as they should be. A dull, smooth set from another brand belongs to a Musiclily brand, while glistening ones are from another.
Enhances the longevity of the stock saddles, and they look better as well as providing more sustain. I have purchased countless other products from Musiclily for budget builds, and this is my second set from them. Whenever part replacement is needed, this company is a good choice. You can polish the saddles very easily and also restore the saddle to a much better state with some rough sanding and buffing out of Very good value for the money!.
Additionally, the Allen wrench is included in the package. To replace the ones which came with my China, Players Telecaster, I needed these. I couldn't find Allen wrenches that fit into the holes into which each bridge height Allen wrench was drilled. This is a much smaller version than My current setup was extremely easy to put on one string at a time. I took closeup pictures of it. Using a new one, I laid it on top of the original one so I could set the length correctly. The template I used to setup a new one was based on that I used the shorter original springs since the set comes with longer springs than the original set. If the screws are long enough, you might be able to screw them back as far as the originals did. Despite having no idea what size the original hex screws are, I still cannot identify them. As a result, this was my only option. I could have taken it to a guitar store, but they charge $125 per hour. I had bought several that I hoped were small enough to fit, but they didn't, so I had no option. To finish the following parts, it took me two hours plus.
There was no stainless steel in these but a chromed pot metal, which may have been what they were made of. They were returned to me.
As such, the price is as follows. Try it out! It's definitely worth it.
