Does the sound of these have good arco / bow qualities? What if just jazz/pizzicato is played?
A decent Arco sound can be heard from them. From now on, I will only be playing gut strings. All of these strings are pretty basic - Strings can be wrapped around each other.

There is a lot of volume and the sound is very lively and the price is right, so you won't break the bank with them.
