Questions & Answers

This strap can be extended to a maximum length?

There is no other way to describe this strap other than it is the longest one ever used by me- The words or phrases are In jazz, being 5'8" is a lot too long. Even if you shave it down, it's a lot longer than it has to be. The guitar should go long enough if you are over 6' tall and you like to sling your guitar low like a grunge guitarist.

What is the feel of the material?

The fabric is soft and pleasing to the eye. It is highly adjustable and safe to use the Fender straps. I own six of them. A bit more expensive, but well worth it!

What kind of leather is on both ends?

Yes, the ends are genuine leather

What if they only wanted one item and ordered two, but it's a high value item they aren't able to ?

I find this to be a very good Fender guitar strap. The quality is very good too.

I was pleased to discover this! The strap I purchased almost a year ago looks just as good as when I bought it
5/5

A low-priced strap was top of my list but I was hesitant to buy it since I assumed it was going to be made of cheap materials and was poorly designed. As long as you pay for what you get, isn't that the case? As for the package arriving, I was pleasantly surprised. My original intention was to use it with the Playerseries MIM Strat black and cream. It is comfortable to wear and does a great job at holding the guitar securely. As far as I'm concerned, there is no such thing as an accident, so I use Fender guitar blocks. I think the price is too good to pass up. The gold, brown and black I got are the ones I got. Currently, I am using this strap for my new baby Taylor, who is made of natural walnut. As much as I wanted to buy a Taylor strap, it just wasn't worth it. The fact that it can be easily adjusted is also appealing to me. There is nothing wrong with the patterns or design. Yet again for a price of what? This is a thumbs up from me.

The strap is excellent The vintage version looks similar to the modern version, but not identical
5/5

There are three Telecasters I own, one of which I have the original strap for, an '86 reissue of a '52. As opposed to wearing out the old strap, I wanted to get a new one that could still look vintage but could be beaten up. There is no better strap for that than this one. I'm amazed at how similar my '86 strap is to this new one. True vintage Fender logo straps, on the other hand, have printing that is straight across instead of angled, and metal hardware rather than plastic hardware, so neither this 1986 belt nor my new belt are in fact vintage. Below are some of the differences between the 1986 strap and this one Both vintage and present straps have loops and rivets at the ends of the leather, and the present strap has loops and stitches In this case, the leather strap on the adjustable end is connected with a plastic loop, while the vintage strap was connected with a steel loop In both straps, there is what appears to be the same material for the adjuster One of the leather ends of the new strap has "Fender" embossed, whereas the '86 strap does not the '86 strap has a vinyl backing, whereas the new strap does not. On these new straps, there is a webbing. Aside from that, the colors on the '86 are a bit more muted. My suspicion is that the original is in fact somewhat muted since it has only been used rarely and has been kept in the dark inside the guitar case. Basically, I am very pleased with the new strap, which looks, feels and weighs just like my '86, so it's very similar to what I had originally purchased. There is enough tightness to the button holes to make attaching them to the guitar somewhat difficult, but not so tight that they fall off unintentionally.

Over the years, the quality of the included models has declined a bit
4/5

Even though I think this is not the most fair criticism, since both the strap and the whole purpose of the strap is to provide a cheap bare-bones strap, I was disappointed that the quality wasn't quite what I expected. Cheapos that were previously included had vinyl backs and were a bit more substantial, which really made them more comfortable for not much more money than they were to begin with. I was hoping to replace that with a more comfortable This version does not have the vinyl backing, and it simply feels In addition to being printed with the Fender name, there is no advantage to this over the cheaper stuff you can buy at every music store for just 5 bucks. If you like the looks, by all means, pick this one up, but it is about on par with the cheapest straps I've ever seen, which is fine, but I always thought the name brands were more luxurious.

A great guitar strap at a great price
4/5

It has a stylish appearance and it is durable. Strap that can be adjusted. Surely it should be a pretty good strap if it is a licensed product from Fender. It seems to be okay. With the changing of the seasons, it has gained a number of uses. If you use the guitar straps in the bull rope match in professional wrestling, you will be able to replace the bull rope. The problem is solved without a belt. A wonder of wonders and joy, this can hold your pants up and adjusts to the size of your pants. They can be used to tie down trunks. Ladies and Gentleman, I present to you the pacifier that will disarm your arguments. After a minute or so you are describing them to I don't care, It was a misunderstanding. I apologize. The argument is still not enough for Barney Badazz. His ego and carnal stupidity cause him to continue to cross his arms. A smile crosses your face as you pull out your adjustable guitar strap and start whipping it through It was an instant respect.

This is a genuine This strap is very nice
5/5

The guitar pegs are tight, and the guitar is nicely made. This material is softer and more There is at least one other Fender strap listed here on Amazon that appears to be a replica. The one I am talking about Even the plastic hangers for the store displays were included in the package pleased with the result.

The system is not ideal, but it can be used
3/5

This is a great backup. I feel cheap when wearing this strap, and it seems so when you have it on. The strap locks on your guitar are a great addition because the guitar will stay in place. It was primarily because my roommate has one, but his has leather undersides on the bottoms. When I got it, I threw it into my bag as a backup as soon as I took it out of the box and tried it. However, it is thin and a bit itchy, and again completely usable when you need it. This isn't what I wanted, and it makes for a perfectly good secondary strap for the purpose. The main reason I'm glad I didn't buy two is that I didn't need them.

The strap is a great value for The price is so low for this that I'm amazed
5/5

My bag strap is actually used to strap a laptop bag, which is more than twice the weight this is designed for, and yet it holds up In my honest opinion, the comfort rating is only four stars because I use a strap that wraps around my shoulder from another laptop bag. Since the product is used directly on the shoulder, I am not sure if it would be comfortable to use. There isn't much of a problem because it sits very flat, so unless you keep it on the skin of your neck, it won't dig into you. In general, this is a nice looking and sturdy strap.

A rigid mount is a must There is no way your guitar will fall! This strap is extremely durable
5/5

It was very difficult to adjust the mounts. By poking the narrow tip of my MIM Strat through the buttons of my MIM Strat, I was able to remove the buttons. I doubt it will be taken off anytime soon. The least I can do is to make sure my guitar won't A good feature of the adjustability is that it can be fine-tuned. There are options for hanging your guitar. You can either hang it from a low place or have it on a high spot. There is no limit to what you can do with this strap. A good quality material was used The price is decent, but the price tag is thick.
