Questions & Answers

What's the difference between the original, the version 2, and version 3? A sublime millennia (a guitar designed by Les Paul) with a 3x3 headstock is in my possession. ?

In addition to guitars with closer posts, the V3 also fits bass guitars with closer posts. It's possible to seperate posts down to 36 mm. In the V2, there is only a 46mm depth limit. Because it covers a narrower range of guitar heads, the V2 is a little smaller. You can see a picture of a gold String Butler with the measured dimensions in the V2 and V3 listings. It can be used to select the best option for you. If the vintage machine heads do not have hex ferrels around the posts, you will need to attach them with wood screws. As you will see in one of the listing pictures, this is also explained. We are happy to answer your questions directly, so feel free to message us directly if you require any clarifications.

Could you please tell me if I should be using v2 or v3 with my 2013 SG Standard?

On my SG Standard, I have a V2. *br>In fact, I have V2s on all my Gibsons. The Les Paul (SG 335, 4 Les Pauls)

Do you think this will work for a les paul 2013 standard (built in USA)?

For those who do not have vintage tuners (ones with missing nuts around the tuners posts) then this is a direct plug-in for Les Pauls. Information about Laplaceonline can be found at laplaceonline.

Does anyone have any experience with this on a 12-inch screen Have you ever heard of string guitars?

On a 12 string, I don't think it will work. I think two strings would bind on one of the rollers you would have to put two strings on one of them. Here we go.

Now that I have my Gibson SG back, I can play it Playing my Gibson SG again has been made possible for the first time in years
5/5

In the past two years, I had been putting it in a closet because I couldn't get the strings to stay in tune (these are G and D strings), so However, now that the spring Butler is back, my Gibson has become my favorite guitar once again. In the reviews, I wish other reviewers had said what version of the string Butler they purchased instead of just stating they liked or disliked it. As a result, I want to mention that I purchased the Metal V2 size, and I believe it is the highest quality size for both a Gibson SG and a Gibson Les Paul. Similarly, I put a V2 on my Epiphone M and LJ as well as my Epiphone SG. I plan to buy two more of these to put on my Epiphone Les Paul and Epiphone SG as well. strongly disagree with people who say these are too expensive. I have to deal with machine shops every day so I don't really understand why they compare the price to other items. This item is lightweight yet very sturdy to withstand the pressure of 4 strings tugging on it continuously. It appears all parts of the metal base, as well as the shafts on which the rollers are mounted, are in good shape. Made up of 9 different metal-machined parts, this item is a complex It seems to me this is a very high quality, well designed, and well crafted product. It is often said that you get what you pay for, and in my opinion the quality of this item and how well it works justifies the price. This string butler has had the biggest impact on my tuning of any thing I have tried on my Gibson guitar. To be fair, I did go to the String Butler's official website to find out where this item is made and I determine that it is In the present day, I am writing this review before a dollar worth 0 has been established. There is an exchange rate of 86 Euro here on Amazon, so that may explain some of the price I paid. We operate in the United States under the name of www. com. It makes me wonder if other reviewers are taking the dollar to euro exchange rate into account when they feel the price.

China is the manufacturer of the V3
3/5

My gold V3 came from the distributor Laplaceonline, and had two issues. 1) it said Made in China on the package, which is strange since Deitrich Parts says they're made in Germany. 2) The left wing had a manufacturing defect and had to be replaced. Due to its Chinese origins. I returned it, as you may imagine. A defective piece of equipment hanging on my headstock is not what I want. Due to the limited number of gold plated V3's on the website, I bought a V2 directly from Deitrich's parts website.

The Acrylic model was installed on an older 1962 Gobson SG Reissue model
5/5

To start, I liked the Acrylic model because the String Butler does lie against the headstock, and when you tighten the nuts there is pressure, so it is less likely that you would overtighten your strings and damage your headstock finish. As well as the acrylic model resting on this SG has an appealing look to me once installed. My surprise was that I was expecting a significant change in intonation, but it seemed to be a minor one. Despite this, the guitar keeps in tune better and I still lubricate the nut just to be on the safe side. String Butler is a rather expensive product, but my opinion is that less tuning is better than more tuning, and that makes it worthwhile. I know guitarists 1000 times better than me have managed without it for years.

The product was bought to help me repair a 2015 Gibson SG
5/5

The product is intended to be used with my 2015 Gibson SG, which I have had for over two years All this time, it has never stayed in tune longer than two bends at a time. String Butler alleviates the stress which comes with strings being pulled in 2 opposite directions across the nut on guitars designed with 3x3 tuning machines, so it makes sense to me that it would alleviate the issue. I appreciate how well this product works, I am thoroughly While 45 bucks might seem like a lot for how small and simple the product is, it actually In spite of shredding and bending for six hours, I have not had to tune the guitar again after putting on new strings and stretching them once. The Gibson guitar I thought I would never be able to trust. Now I am going to share this with all my friends who have guitars that don't.

This is an awesome product
5/5

There is nothing better than this product. Until I installed the String Butler, I always had trouble with my Les Paul going off tune, but now it stays in tune, no matter how crazy the It is worth it for every Les Paul owner to purchase this product.

There is no problem with it
5/5

In the string butler reviews, it appears that the company lumps together all versions of the bot. The V3 is the subject of this review. On my ESP LTD for the past two years, I have had this problem. Despite a hectic schedule, it remains in tune. It was only for the sake of correcting the design flaw I saw in the headstock that I purchased this. This is the angle of the break In all ways, the Gibson-style headstock is a poorly designed piece of equipment. My opinion is that it's terrible. That's a friction point you shouldn't have in your product. In response to poor reviews and claims that this did not improve tuning stability, I want to say thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Not all problems can be solved by this method. You won't have any issues with your guitar when you set it up correctly. The nut should be of good quality, and it should be cut properly. Your tune needs to be free of saddles made of knife blades. I would get a good set of rollers and do away with the matic style bridge (the other Gibson design flaw). In the absence of a string butler, either you or your guitar tech are not capable of setting up your guitar. The problem can be solved by thinking about it. Using this tip You don't have to cut the nut slot wide enough to be correct if you cut it wide enough. String Butler installs in the nut slot, so the only place where you encounter friction is at the bottom of the slot. You might want to try crossing the bridge if the problem persists. YouTube videos can provide you with a lot of information.

It is my butler who looks after me
5/5

Oh my gosh. I am amazed. Butler has been waiting for a guitar I will build to be installed on it for quite some time. Sadly, it is taking too long to build (because I want perfection), so I installed it on my Epiphone, which I am enjoying. It is easier to get a softer feel by pulling straight on the center strings. My fingers seem to be able to play barre chords more easily. I like the tone of this song. It seems tangy at first, but it really fits with the type of music I'm learning now. For my new build, I will need to get another one.
