Questions & Answers

How long is the input cable on the tuner?

The tuner did not come with an input cord.

Are you able to use this tuner with Does the 5 string or the 4 string make more sense?

That should be the case. The tuner did not pick up the lowest octave when I used it to tune my piano, so if the tuning you are using is very low, you might look for a bass tuner specifically. However, you should be able to use any note you want if you plug the tuner directly into the computer.

Replacement of the battery how do you do it?

When you slide the back down, place your thumbs on each raised arrow on the corner and push downward. This will reveal The first time you open it, it may be a little tight. But you can wear rubber gloves if it hurts your fingers. Hold on to hope!

If 440 is the A note, can it be changed to 432?

It is true. Tuning my steel guitar with the tuner involves making 16 different tunings by adjusting the tuner up or down according to the note that needs to be played. There is a difference of 449 and 422 in the number of words.

Tuner I consider to be one of my favorites
5/5

Having purchased a Korg tuner of this nature three times now. The CA- I have The CA- 30 In the last 40 years, the CA-40 has become a must-have There are no problems with them. In conclusion, the CA believes Despite its many similarities to the CA-30, it has one distinct difference This is a jack for outputting data. In conclusion, the CA believes The 40 and the I've routinely plugged my CA-150 into the output side of the 50 because it has both input and output. So I was able to plug in a guitar or device on the input side and then plug into an amp on the output side. A tuning machine (usually a Korg pitchblack) should be used to tune the 40. What's the reason? As a result of The 40th century style of printing was easier to read, especially from a distance or in direct After that, even though the Pitchblack costs more than $100, I mostly used it as a mute switch while I tuned. The reason why I got it The CA-50 was replaced because the mic on it had become faulty after many years There was a problem with 40. The CA- still worked for me to plug in and out When you were 40 and had the CA-, you could use it It will cost you $30. A CA- is a better value, but it costs more I thought adding the larger display to the CA-50 might make it a more desirable device. A tuner 50 essentially works the same way as a The size is the same as the 40, but again, the display is bigger. I think it is just as accurate as before. Would you mind telling me how accurate all these Korg tuners are? I can tune my guitars and basses with these because they are so accurate. This makes them a much more accurate alternative than most clipart The Snark tuner is one of the most popular. The tuning of band instruments is made easier with this instrument. A cell phone tuner comes to life in a matter of seconds, much faster than most others. This is a dedicated tuner, so you can get it turned on quickly without having to navigate through a menu. Is there anything to dislike about The microphone is great when you are in a quiet room. It is recommended to use the plug when you're in a noisy (or quiet) environment It works great for the in feature. The only time you should go with a clip-on is if you are in a loud environment and don't want to plug your headphones in. You can tune it on the To that end, the Korg Pitchcrow is the best option over all other choices but the TC Electronic Polytune and the Peterson clip-ons You can hear Strobotune on the website. There is only one more downside to this model, and that is that it does not have a Since I already own several standalone metronomes, I didn't find this a significant feature. It's safe to say that after reading this review, I am a fan of Korg - It is true I am a customer of Korg, but I have no other association with them.

The lower six strings and the higher six strings will not be tuned
3/5

It just shows a blank screen when high and low keys are pressed. Tuners that can pick up extreme high and extreme low notes on piano keys were what I was searching for. The product would do the job, I was told. In order to tune lower or higher keys (notes), the sensor will not pick up the sound or vibration! All keys on the middle section of the piano are picked up on the review screen and are clear to see. Please let me know if you know of a piano tuning device that can pick up the most extreme high and low keys.

It's a good tuner, but you need to be cautious There are many mistakes in it
4/5

My purpose for purchasing this tuner is to use it as a In classroom situations, the output jack is super useful, but it's difficult to read the screen, which leads many students to overtighten their strings because they mistakenly believe that F is the same as However, in reality The screen is not of the highest quality so if you are concerned about reading it, you might want to consider another option.

My guitar playing dates back to the late 1960's and I've been cursed/blessed with chromatic syndrome, the inability to ignore an off note in a chord
5/5

It's annoying at times when performing and has been frustrating for years. It has given me a reliable way to test tuners, especially those that include cents, and I have worked my way from strobes to With my old crystal pickup, I can receive a good signal from this one that is connected to my 6-volt system The Alvarez Yairi bridge is attached to the clip-on An order I received from another vendor involved the mic. My experience is that it has worked on four computers There is one unwired 12 string guitar, one mandolin and six six string acoustic guitars. There is a most severe problem, however-- not a deal breaker-- the screen visibility for an old strummer's eyes is limited The breaking point. This is a good product.

Tuner was great, good value, and service was Added updated information
5/5

A little known fact about these KORG tuners is that they can be used as guitar tuners. The jack allows you to tune in noisy environments, so you can do that if you need to. They tune really well. No matter how dim the light is, the display is still easy to see. I found the tuner to be relatively cheap and is not very expensive. In addition to this feature, it lets you flatten or sharpen the primary note, so that all the strings are proportionately sharp or flat, which is really cool if your goal is to reproduce a particular sound or version of a song exactly. It doesn't chew batteries, so if you turn it off and tune it, the battery can last quite a while. If you drop them, like I did, they break and you end up replacing them. I used my previous one for about 10 years before I broke it and replaced A NEW UPDATE There's no way I could find the old one that I had for ten years because the factory either no longer makes them or their quality standards have slipped dramatically. In comparison to its predecessor, the KORG tuner doesn't come close to living up to its predecessor's talent. I would even say that this tuner is a good choice for tuning electric guitars since the input is direct and not through a microphone. In that case, it is a bit inconvenient to use because one either needs a spare cable available for tuning or one needs to turn the amp up or put the tuner right next to it. It is not suitable for gigging. I also find the tuner to be unreliable, so I would need to re-tune using another tuner if I use this one and another tuner. The guitar needs to be tuned. When comparing the other tuner with a third brand, it's not necessary for me to re-calibrate The tuner on the third guitar must fit the rest of the guitar. There are a number of upsides to it, including its affordability,.

CA40 is better but not as good as this
3/5

There is a more difficult time opening the battery compartment, the screen is harder to read, and it is a little taller than CA40.

Using this tool is very easy, and it is very Generally, I think this device does its job This calculator is extremely accurate and easy to use, although it is somewhat sensitive
4/5

As of right now, the display doesn't have any lighting, making it a little difficult to read in average light. While it is difficult to read in dim light, it is easy to see in bright light. As a whole, it has a lot of useful Moreover, the LED indicator lights will show when you are in tune, sharp or flat, so you won't need to look at the display at all in order to use this As I expected, it came calibrated at 440 HZ for A, which was correct. It was easy to install the batteries.

I love it! It has an I/O port for installing in line, if required, and is a fantastic, tough, accurate tuner
5/5

Additionally, the microphone works well and picks up sound quickly. Since I've had Korgs for many years, I'm familiar with them. The metal ones have broken down when they fall down a stairwell, outside. I have sold cases of them, and I saw one that didn't work after it fell. The rain is falling. I'm not the only one,.
