No perforation is present on the pages. They rip easily, but the furry spiral notebook edge on the left will be exposed. (In other words, the book isn't built for ripping pages out on a regular basis.)
Yes. I am confident that the spiral bound manuscript will be far superior to many others in the class. This year, have fun at school and do well.
I found the manuscript paper to be exactly what I needed. br>The color of the paper is not very white, but it is not darkish white either. I compose for piano. It's a shade of white that's a little darker than pure white.

After finishing my first 10-page book, I decided to purchase this. manuscript paper in the stave format Of course, a stiffer cover would be preferable so that it stands up straight on wire music stands or on the piano, but they've been making these the same way for a long time (I believe my first Archives manuscript book was purchased in 2003, and they haven't changed much since then, as far as I recall). The price was reasonable, and the shipping was prompt. There isn't a better manuscript paper on the market!.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the "sturdy leathertone cover," as it is described. It's not built to last. It's very flimsy and thin. I would not have purchased this if the product description had stated that it was durable.
The covers were quickly removed. The binding can come undone from time to time. This is good quality staff paper (not too thick), and it's far superior to the cheap green staff paper notebooks.
I use a small font when writing. This book was purchased for a music theory class at the college level. I'm a big fan of the paper itself. I write small so that I have enough space to take notes and complete assignments. That said, the back cover came off in two days, and I was only bringing it to class a few times. After two weeks, the front cover, as well as several pages of staff paper, came off. So far, every page on which I've taken notes has popped out. It's simple to take the pages out, but getting them back in is a nightmare. So, good paper, but not so good notebook if you plan on carrying it around.
The book is exactly what it claims to be, and it accomplishes its goals. However, after only a week of use, the front cover has almost completely disintegrated and three of the spiral pages have fallen out. It's possible that it's just how I'm storing it, but it's not very sturdy. However, the product is spiral-shaped, which is a drawback. bound isn't the most suitable option.
The paper is off white in color and accepts pencil and pen well, as well as erasing easily and completely. The spiral binding is quite sturdy, and it lies completely flat without the need to force it or worry about the pages getting tangled. My only criticism is that the staves begin near the top of the page, leaving little space for titles and other information.
Fantastic, thick paper with crisp ink printing that doesn't smear or fade even after repeated erasing. The only criticism I have of this manuscript paper is that the inner edges are not perforated, making it unsuitable for work that must be torn out and turned in if you are picky about the little paper things that hang off the side.
It's quite satisfactory. Because the lines are small and evenly spaced, you can fit a lot of information on a single page.
