What country do they come from?

In New York, at the D'Addario facility! Using cores made in-house from high carbon steel! I'm not sure if the Phosphor Bronze wrap wire used for the wound strings is sourced from outside of the United States, but the strings are wound in the United States! FretNation is the seller to buy from!

Is it a loop or a ball end for these strings?

I 99% believe they are at the End of the Loop of the Loop of the Loop of% If you buy from FretNation and they aren't what you expected, you can return them for free.

Is the Coated 80/20 Bronze mandolin string still available from Daddario? thanks?

They must, in my opinion. Daddario's strings, on the other hand, are all excellent. They sound great with everything from my mandolin to electric guitars and acoustics.

At the loop, the E string broke

At the loop, one of the E strings snapped right away. I just wanted to share this information with others. These strings appear to be excellent. I've been playing professionally for a long time and have never had a mandolin string break at the loop. The string had not yet reached pitch.
