The chances are high that it is true. In most cases, that is the case. I think the description of this product could be improved. As you can see from the design #, it contains 30 strands.

While I liked the 30 wire sound, I had a very strong My snare's bed was probably shallow because I had no knowledge of the depth of the bed. Though I haven't tested it out myself, I believe my PDP snare has deep beds and would need End Plates without Pitch. There is a pitch on this unit. Sadly, I was disappointed to see their website does not offer a 30 wire snare that does not pitch. The snare drum wire set may or may not be an exact match for your drum no matter who makes it. The Drum Workshop could not provide me with this information, and Fat Cat does not have a list of drums and their bed size, so I cannot tell what you need.

You describe the type of snare you have and the sound you're looking for

There is a metal Tama in my possession. The sound was given a little crackle as a result. Additionally, I have a custom head too, so that's another aspect.
