With a standard size for most tambourines, the Meinl Standard Tambourine Bag is a lightweight, hassle free way to transport your tambourine to any event, café, jam session, or recording studio - fits any tambourine measuring up to 10" in diameter.
With a 600 denier synthetic exterior fabric designed to resist water and stains, this bag has a high degree of durability and a PVC backing to give it additional structure. It can withstand the heaviest of road use.
An incredibly protective interior - the interior compartment of the bag features a soft nylex synthetic fabric that is exceptionally durable and provides excellent protection for heavy use. The fabric is equipped with extra thick internal padding as well.
Webbing handles are reinforced with cross-stitched material for a more solid grip - these thick handles are low stretch and constructed to handle heavy loads without fraying or ripping - these thick handles are UV resistant and made to withstand heavy loads for long periods of time.
We have used a double pull zipper on this bag that is equipped with two large metal pull handles that make it easy to grip - the zipper also has a durable lining made of webbed nylon so that the bag will last a long time.
Keeping your tambourine clean while in storage is very simple - store your tambourine in this bag when it isn't in use to prevent the accumulation of dust on its surfaces while stored.

What is the maximum number of Tambourines this case can hold?
There is room for one 10" tambourine in this case.
Does this have a depth of 5 inches? The buffalo drums I have measure 10 inches across by 3 1/2 inches thick. I am looking for a case to carry them. ?
In my opinion, no drum can fit in that case, neither due to the size nor depth.
Would this be suitable to use with the Meinl 10" hand drum with goatskin ?
The frame drum I have is a Remo 10" that is 2" wide, so it fits perfectly. My drum could probably fit into it if it was 3" wide.

There is plenty of room for my 10" Meinl Tambourine, bee's wax, thumb roll rings, and other accessories I use with it. I highly recommend buying this product. Its square shape makes it easier to carry in and out of a job site.
