Questions & Answers

Is this 80w monitor sufficient to be heard with a full band practicing with their own amps (guitar, bass, and two electric guitars) in the basement?

agree that it is extremely loud. It seems to be underrated in terms of The clock in my house does not go past 4. The jam is on!

Can Roland PM 10 be compared to this?

A far better result!

Are two pairs of cables needed when connecting the PM-speaker to the sound module red (right) and black (left/mono) Can you recommend a monitor with an output of 100 watts?

Rather, I just bought an audio cable that looks like a guitar cord, which connects directly to both power supplies, and which also connects directly to Worked great for me.

When the amp is switched on and there is no incoming signal, how much noise does it make?

There is very little noise from this amplifier. It was actually something that concerned me as well. With cables connected, there is no noticeable noise at medium volume.

Selected User Reviews For Roland PM-200 Compact Electronic V-Drum Set Monitor, 180-Watt

My e-mail is definitely handled by them That's it! Since I have been playing drums for over 50 years, I am primarily a drummer
4/5

As opposed to that, my drum sets were acoustic drums, (and as many as 11 drums plus seven cymbals, (yes, they were huge). The first thing you need to know is My first E-mail purchase was 5 years ago Contains a kit. It's great for my cardio and for keeping my hands active, so I practice at least 2 hours every day. Since I own a townhome, it made sense for me to buy the kit so I could use the headphones without disturbing my The first amp I purchased for the kit was a small, 15W Behringer Ultratone KT108, which I would not recommend for e-mail transmission This kit has great performance on keyboards, but it's not very good for kits. The E-mail was almost a sure thing that coverage would not be available Both Kit and I were correct about Kit's low octaves Nevertheless, I was planning on using the 50W subwoofer that came with my stereo system The deep octave is handled by the woofer. Originally, I planned to buy an amplifier with less than 150 watts in case I didn't get enough low-frequency power. The reviews and research I did for my kit for at least a month led me to the conclusion that I had read. It is known as the There were excellent reviews for the 100, but I was concerned how well it would work with electronic payments This amp also got high marks from the same reviewers as the Behringer kit! As far as my choice of Roland PM-212 is concerned, I decided to keep it simple There was no need to upgrade to the Roland PM-200, which would have worked fine, instead I upgraded to the Roland PM-2000 Instead I will give 100 pounds to the PM. There was a $200 difference between 200 and 200. The PM I received was very enjoyable, and I am very happy with the outcome With the 100, I can handle my low frequencies very well. Amplifiers equipped with this kind of power are perfect for home use, garage bands and even small stage concerts. In any case, I would err on the side of In case I were still playing on stages, I would need to charge 200 dollars for anything beyond a garage band. The amp you have is a Rolland, so you already know it's built like a tank and made with the highest Despite its rugged exterior and robust handle, it is easy to handle and carry. (lots of power) I struggle to reach the amp's maximum volume setting even though I can hear it loud and clear. A number of gutty guitar voices are no problem for the amp, as are the deep octaves from the kick base and floor toms. In comparison to my preference for a heavy, very deep octave in my larger toms, the Roland PM-102 and PM-132 are my ideal models. My subwoofer is connected to a 100 watt amplifier. As these are the higher octaves, the PM-35 carries a bit more resonance, but keep in mind that the PM-35 does not have to deal with all the high octaves coming from cymbals, hi-hats, etc. In order to use the full range of frequencies, the 100 must deal with frequencies well beyond the capabilities of a The Roland PM-550 is an incredible machine, and I cannot emphasize this enough It is still possible to carry those low notes very well and convincingly with 100. I all right, so let me talk about the performance of the PM It gets 5 stars for 100, but the options for PM receive a 2 You only get three out of 100. Neither a headphone jack nor a throughput connection are available on the amp. In addition, it does have a 14. 8" "V-shaped bottom There is a "drum" input jack that accepts both the left and the right signals The right channel behaves like the left channel. As my module allows me to phase (spread) the sounds left, right, and in the middle, this is very important to me. It was not possible to do this with my previous company, Behringer. There was only a left-bipolar input, so I needed to change the custom kits to make all triggers phase to the left in order to work, as they would lose volume if they were placed in the right channel (which is quite often the case). There are three ways to contact the Also available with 100 is a 14" & 16" A separate volume control is available for each of the five mm line inputs. Aside from the volume controls, the system also includes a bass and treble knob This amp has treble controls, an on/off switch, as well as a removable power cord. It weighs about 35 lbs and has a small footprint (see the dimensions on the product page). The tilt back feature makes it easier for me to get it close to me, which means I don't have to turn it as loud, which would probably bother my neighbors. There are three ways to contact the There are plenty of options and connection options on the PM-200, which is part of the reason for the $200 price increase. Roland should have included at least one XLR or one 14" output on the PM-200 as well. A cheap way to record 100 without much cost increase.

I do a lot of recording to open-source The reel decks and the ability to play them would have made my life so much easier. In that case, I took two stars off and totaled up the rating of the performance and options to get the 4-star rating. It earned me four stars in the end. If you're looking for a good e-mail provider, you've come to the right place With a practice amp that is also a band amp in a smaller room, the PM-100 is a great solution It's definitely a good idea to buy a $100 pair of headphones. *Note that I included some information regarding the headphones that I use on my kit, which are very good for drums, but only However, even though I prefer not to use headphones, my neighbors would not appreciate it if I did not use them on late nights Practice should take at least one hour. There are several pairs of headphones that I have that are for high-end audio, but these are great for drums! It is a quality stereo system to listen to, but is not good for e-mail A kit. There are headphones like the Audio Technica M-600i which are suitable for this. It was expensive, and the 40mm drivers are fine when it comes to stereo, but drums are a much tougher game. I recommend a 50mm driver size, and the pair I ordered was a OneOdio Pro. Drivers are 30mm long and 50mm wide. There are less than $50 in them! I purchased two pairs of these shoes (in fact, I bought two pairs).

It is a good drummer monitor
4/5

The Roland TD-500 I have is quite useful We had a 07KV drum set and thought we would use a monitor occasionally to play it without headphones. There are some really good drum monitor reviews out there, and I debated between this and other PA systems. There were no other options purchased to compare, but this one is good, with the exception of the bottom end (more on that in a bit). There are three ways to contact the A few parties have already been held with it. I'm very happy with how it sounds. It can be used to pipe audio through music as well as to EQ it with the bass and treble It produces some fantastic sound when treble controls are utilized. Playing with the V-shaped bridge, however, is a little bit of a challenge To get a flat sound from drums, you need to set the EQ As described in the In the monitor, 07 sounds great, and the drums are perfectly accurate thanks to the flat EQ setting. Nevertheless, if you apply an EQ, the results can quickly become harsh and unbalanced. The TD-ect's music player also allows me to play along to music It is module 07 of the QA system. As a result, the music does not sound dynamic since the sound is flat, but the drums bring it to life. I really like the controls on the front of the unit for volume adjustments, and this was what made me want to use it instead of a more typical PA. There is quite a bit of noise generated by 80 watts of power. The drums are set up in my office, therefore it is a small The monitor's size is not adequate to fill a large room and will not be in a position to be a gig monitor. That is not what I am here for. * On the bass, this is a full range monitor, and from using the monitor and reading reviews, I learned that none has a very The drums are very well produced, however, the kick lacks a PA speakers (as they all do) makes it impossible to obtain the true low notes that you would get from a real home speaker woofer or As an addition, I added a studio monitor subwoofer (I went with a Monoprice 10") along with this so that only sound above 80 dB was heard The 100 Hz power line is routed to the PM-line There's a subwoofer for those low notes down to 100. Ultimately, the kick drum is great, and since the low notes are limited to the sub, the 80W of power in the PM-75 provides a great kick drum sound. It cost me around $500 all in all. A hundred bucks should be enough for the rest. I would have been able to get a PM if I had tried It isn't just about the sound, I also want a better low end. I can pay 200 for that or for a better PA, but I wanted a better low end. It was taken care of by the sub. This is not a setup that I would use in a live performance setting. This monitor is for my home office and it is loud enough when I get tired of headphones to function well. It is a PM One of the best things about 100 is the way it's built. Roland's brand will carry a premium price for the name, which makes it seem overpriced for what it is. The Alesis or a Thump can be useful for some folks, but I wanted the controls to be easily available from the top, so this option worked for me.

This is a great website! This sound is more like the one I hear
5/5

Using my Roland drums with a guitar amp I had proved to be an unproductive experiment. I decided to give this amplifier a try and I'm glad I did. The sound is more like the one I get with my headphones, although not Although it's good to have the chance to practice and make some noise, it's not really ideal. A high grade Additionally, the construction is of high quality.

It produces a clear sound with good definition thanks to my Yamaha DTX electronic
3/5

It was a good sound output and definition from my Yamaha DTX electronic drum set however, the speaker blew around 20 days after I started using it returned a malfunctioning speaker with an order for same speaker. For playing in the living room or on the monitor, good volume is needed.

The sound is poor and the user interface is easy to use
3/5

In my opinion, a small V-neck would be perfect This drum monitor can be used at home. In the Roland PM-300 This 03 seemed just right only 30W, fit perfectly in front of the snares, and the two tops were part of the set up Having speakers pointing forward would provide a great stereo effect. This was an easy to use set-up, but it didn't sound as good as we would have liked. Stereo separation was very poor, the highs were tinny, and the toms seemed muddy and unnatural. It was suggested that the independent woofer control could be adjusted to get better results, but I was not able to discover how that could be done. It is possible to achieve even the lowest levels I sounded better when I used quality headphones. After thinking about it, I decided to return the item. My favorite idea was to have an open day and everyone could come all at once It's a low-cost model The profile is low-profile Despite the stereo practice monitor and volume control, the PM-0 is a bit hard to hear This was just not the case in 03's case.
