We were looking for a trumpet wall holder when we came across the String Swing. We purchased two to give them a try and have been very pleased with them. The holders were simple to hang on the wall (we drilled a hole in a stud to ensure they wouldn't fall), and they look nice and sleek. The only issue I have is that one of our Bb trumpets has a full, round finger hold on the third valve slide, which interferes with the holder. As a result, the third valve slide must be pushed out slightly to make it fit. Our other Bb has a U finger hold on the third valve, but it doesn't cause any issues. br>br>Other things to keep in mind: You wouldn't want your bell side against the wall because it isn't thick enough. We put the bell side out so you don't have to worry about it touching. A piccolo trumpet with four valves will also not fit in the holder. I'm not sure if a three-year plan is feasible. photo with a valve Finally, I have yet to put our flugelhorn to the test, but I will do so as soon as possible. The Flugelhorn is a good match. It's labeled as a trumpet/flugelhorn holder in the manual. I gave it four stars because the Flugelhorn hangs at an angle, the trumpet is difficult to hang around the first and third slide rings, and the base is metal against which the instrument can be pushed if not careful. Next time, I'm thinking of doing a vertical stand.

For my trumpet, I got this. It is said that if you keep your trumpet in its case, you are less likely to use or practice it, and this has proven to be true. I like how sturdy it is (when applied to the wall according to the instructions). It's tough and has a protective surface to keep my trumpet from getting scratched. I wish the width of the holder could be adjusted. When storing the trumpet on the holder, you must be cautious. I have to keep my eyes peeled for slide rings. Aside from that, it does an excellent job of storing and displaying information.

This was a breeze to put together and feels extremely solid. I have no objections to leaving the trumpet up all the time (though I would prefer to take it down and play it!). The horn's finish is a nice matte black, and the padding is sufficient to ensure that the horn's finish is not scratched or tarnished. 100% recommended for anyone looking for a wall mount!

The sheetrock fasteners are extremely strong, and the pivot on the holder allows you to position the trumpet at any angle. It's simple to put together and it looks nice.

I'm a skilled woodworker who considered making my own wood mounts for my collection of restored antique bugles, but I'm glad I decided against it after seeing these mounts. The bugles and trumpets are very sturdy, easy to mount, and flexible enough to accommodate the differences in different brands of bugles and trumpets.

For your trumpets, these make excellent wall hangers. I tried another brand, but the stems were too close together, causing the trumpet to be unbalanced and tilt.
