That's a pair of rubber feet - It goes on the outside bottom, which has a round surface.

Finally, a long-lasting salad spinner! Short of commercial size, this is the best salad spinner on the market (and I've tried them all); the bowls can withstand dishwasher heat

The clear plastic bowls are notorious for cracking. The spinning mechanism is also much more durable than any other I've tried (those pull string spinners are a waste of money). It even includes a separate flat lid so you can put it in the refrigerator right away. Cuisinart, Kitchenaid, and OXO were all beaten in this one by Tupperware.

It was a wise decision! It wasn't easy deciding between so many options, but I'm glad I went with this one because it's sturdy, easy to use and clean, and has a lid that I can use as a bowl as well

I use my Tupperware salad spinner to wash and spin spinach and greens for salads on a regular basis, and it's a great price

I like that you can make a salad ahead of time and keep it in the fridge for dinner. It also comes with a lid, which is a nice touch. Cleaning is a breeze.
