It has a non-stick coating and conducts heat well. When compared to the same items cooking on a regular baking pan or cookie sheet, it is almost too good at conducting, as I had to reduce my cooking times for thin or delicate items to avoid them burning. br>br>In the photos, you can see a simple (and unsightly) potato galette that I made with thinly sliced potatoes and leeks/green onions. (Please accept my apologies for the asymmetry and unphotogenic nature of this mini 9-inch version, which I made in a hurry!) Because this pizza pan conducts heat so well, the bottom layer of potato slices almost burned in about 2/3 of the normal cooking time; thank goodness I checked, or I would have ended up with a pile of potato chips! br>br>Because the pan is so slick, you have to be careful not to let your food slide off as you remove it from the oven. You'll hurl your food off the pan like a frisbee if you move too quickly. The lip around the edge is so thin that it almost doesn't exist. This platter should be viewed as a completely flat, rimless surface. I did have to use it as a serving plate, and it seemed to hold up well to the use of cutting utensils; however, long-term use of pizza cutters and other sharp implements may begin to degrade the coating. The only disadvantage is that when it gets hot, it becomes slightly floppier. It's a completely rigid circle when it's at room temperature. However, you can feel it flexing and bending once it comes out of the oven. That's not a big deal, but if you're not ready, you'll be hurling your food off the tray when it comes out of the oven.
- br>NOTE: THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED. May 2019br>br>I wanted to make a point of revisiting this review after a month because my concerns about the product's durability were confirmed. After a month of consistent use, the non-invasive method was found to be more effective than the invasive method. There are a lot of scratches on the stick coating. Although the surface still releases hot foods (such as pizza crusts and chicken wings), it is clear that it does not handle cutting utensils well. For the record, I wasn't cutting and scraping a lot. Only two times did I have to use it as a serving tray, but that was apparently enough to scratch the surface. br>br>Also, if anyone is interested, the area where the "lip" rolls beneath the underside of the tray has begun to develop rust spots. This was after a few trips through the dishwasher, but not for any longer than was absolutely necessary in water or steam. br>br>On the other hand, it was only $8, so I suppose it's understandable that the surface would be easily scratched or rusted.

These pizza pans are fantastic. We've already bought two. We eat a lot of frozen pizza, so having one clean or two to cook at the same time is convenient. These pans have a very low coefficient of friction. Stick to the pan and have a low lip, allowing the pizza to easily slide off. This was also one of the few pizza pans I found on Amazon that didn't have those pesky holes all over it. What is the significance of this? If you're like me and don't want your crust to be super crispy, stay away from pans with holes because that's exactly what they do. br>br>In general, I believe this is the best pizza pan available on Amazon. My purchase has exceeded my expectations! 😃😃.

If you're anything like my family, the once-gleaming pizza pan you bought years ago is now stained and needs to be discarded. This is the ideal pan for me because I make most of my pizzas at home. It's nonstick and can withstand the slicing of crispy crust with a rolling pizza wheel. Cleaning is a breeze, and there have been no stains that could not be removed thus far. Although most store-bought pizzas are baked on a wire oven rack, this pan would work. This purchase has exceeded my expectations, and I would strongly recommend it.

I like how simple it is to clean, and I got the perfect size, 16", which fits nicely in my oven. If you like pizza as much as I do, this is a great low-cost way to bake frozen or fresh pizzas without making a huge mess. Most regular pizzas fit perfectly on the 16" size, and I was blown away by how sturdy it was, how easy it was to clean, and how quickly it dried. It also fits in the dishwasher, which is a plus.

It also has a nice tough finish because we've sued it a few dozen times and cut on it with our pizza cutter, and there are no scratches on it. I also ran it through the dishwasher and had no leftover residue or rust/damage as a result of doing so. I would suggest it!.

Biscuits and cinnamon rolls can be baked in this 14-inch round pizza pan. It has a lot of heft to it - It arrived without a single dent or scratch, despite the lack of any wrapping and being loose in the shipping carton. This is another one of my favorite Wilton products. Their pizza crisper, which has holes in the bottom, was already in my possession. This one is sturdy, and I can make a sloppy pizza with a lot of toppings without damaging my oven.

I tossed the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper before layering them on this pan in a single layer. I slid it into the oven, which was preheated to 425°F, and twenty minutes later, we had crispy and tasty roasted potato slices. For pizza, I'm not sure how things work.

I needed a round pan because I wanted to try making chocolate chip cookies with my microwave's convection feature. I've used them before (for cookies and biscuits) and they're great. Nonsensical. It's easy to clean and doesn't stick.
