No, I do not believe that is true. I put it on the top rack of a 450°F oven and turned on the broiler for a few seconds, and the pan warped.
The crust does indeed become crispy.

Solid stainless steel, heavy gauge, with rolled edges and a lovely mirror finish. But, let's be honest, let's not kid ourselves. Any bakeware will not remain gleaming and lovely indefinitely. You'll use it and abuse it, but it'll be of great service to you for many years to come. br>br>This 12" size fits my Breville Convection Toaster Oven perfectly. It works well with frozen breaded fish fillets, fries, and just about anything else you can think of. Following that, a quick soak in hot, sudsy water will loosen any burned-on chunks, making cleanup a breeze. Overall, it was a good investment.
But I got a half-dozen metal splinters in my finger after running my hand/fingers along the underside edge. It's difficult to notice and get rid of. Not only to avoid slicing up my hand again, but also so we don't eat the little pieces, I had to use a brush and sand paper to remove the burrs and splinters on the folded edge.
These are, therefore, acceptable for the price. The pans are a good size. They're a good match for one another. in my oven for a side dish When I bake with these, I almost always use parchment paper, but they clean up just as well without it. Since I got them, I've been using them side by side, primarily for pizza crusts, frozen french fries, and other convenience foods. One of the pans has discolored and warped after only a few months of use. It's still functional, but it's not holding up as well as I'd hoped. Despite having been used as much as the other pan, it still looks brand new.
Pros:
1. Fair price for two (on Amazon, prime shipping should be the cheapest)br>2. It's made of stainless steel (or is it an alloy? ). )
3. incredibly tough (I punched it in the back and it didn't budge)br>4. It's simple to clean and doesn't contain any harmful substances. disadvantages:br>br>stickybr>br>contrary to popular belief, stickybr>br>
1. After use, there are some burn marks (which I don't mind)br>2. It has an 11-inch diameter. 5" (dude, you can't use the diameter of the curve to determine the size of your product. ) unless you specified otherwise).
My Mom got the better of me. She thought it was fantastic until steel splinters got stuck in her finger, which I quickly extracted with tweezers. I went over it with a Brillo pad. It got stuck in the corner of my mouth. There was still a sliver of jaggedness in the air. I'll see what I can do with fine sandpaper. resolve the issue Idk. I have three more that I have yet to open.
I was unsure about buying these pizza pans at first. I considered purchasing teflon but decided against it. I had planned to use Teflon-coated pans, but I remembered problems I'd had with Teflon in the past. I've only had these pans for two weeks, but I've already used them to reheat frozen pizzas and bake my own pizza creations. The quality of these pans is incredible. They are simple to clean. The pizzas cook and brown evenly, and the heat appears to be evenly distributed. This product has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it.
This stainless steel pan has a sticky surface that I can't get off no matter how hard I try! Stainless steel is an absolute nightmare!.
When these pans first arrived, I was blown away by how thick and heavy they were. They're a little on the small side (under 12 inches), but they're well-made and durable. We used all four of them for the first time today to bake pizzas, and they turned out perfectly done with a light golden crust. These were medium thick crust pizzas made with homemade dough and ingredients, baked two at a time at 400° for 25-35 minutes. Time limit: 30 minutes The cooked pizzas slid right off the pans onto the cutting board after I brushed them with olive oil and sprinkled them with cornmeal before putting the dough on them; a few stray shreds of mozzarella stuck and had to be scrubbed off later, but there were no major issues and no discoloration so far. So, yes, I'd say they're worth checking out. Mine will, without a doubt, be put to good use.
