I've cut them, and they're scratched. However, I wouldn't go so far as to say that it's ruined. They're only used as serving trays for me.
The pizza pan measures 18" in width by 18" in length. 25" deep. It is prone to scratches.

1) Don't Use a Cutter on the Pan (it scratches easily)br>2) Don't Expect a Toasted Crust (the lack of vents results in a pale crust). but the crist is cooked)br>3) Spray with Cooking Spray (pizza slides right off the pan)br>These fit perfectly on standard plates, which is why I slid my pizza onto my plate and cut it there rather than my husband, who used a metal pizza cutter and scored two of the six pans. I wasn't bothered by the lack of punctuation. My husband and two family members, on the other hand, did toast the crust. So that our adult children do not have to choose where to spend Thanksgiving, we are making "Day(s) Before or After Thanksgiving Pizza Night" a tradition. We don't eat turkey, and with vegetarians in the house, pizza can be made in a variety of ways. We have a pizza bar where anyone can create their own unique creation. My husband wants to drill holes in them, but we might just buy a new set "with holes" from another company instead. This year, I'm just running out of time. They arrived promptly!.
On six of these, this is a fantastic deal. They could have been made with the intention of serving pizza on them, and I'm sure they'd do a great job. But I've found (and continue to find) a plethora of other applications for them. br>br>Think of it as a long-lasting, heat-resistant material. round thing to prove br>I bought these to use as a light plate or, better yet, a sturdy paper plate while camping. plate holder — a standard low-cost item o A flimsy paper plate fits nicely on one of these, providing a stable fail-safe. the foundation of proof They can also be used as warming plates over a stove or fire, and wrapped in aluminum foil, they can be used as serving platters without having to do any dishes. br>br>I also keep one under my small wood-burning camp stove so that I can use it on top of a wooden picnic table without fear of burning or scorching it. Wrap it in aluminum foil once more to avoid having to wash the soot off. br>br>The other day, I was soldering and used one of these to rest my soldering iron on so that I didn't burn the counter. They're tough and nearly indestructible. br> I just throw them in the dishwasher and they don't seem to mind; I'm not concerned with how shiny they stay and don't mind if they get dented and beaten up. They are VERY sturdy at this smaller size. br>br> Sure, you could probably bend one in half if you really wanted to, but they won't get damaged by accident in everyday use. I can see how the larger sizes, if made of the same gauge aluminum, would suffer from the outside beaded edge not providing the same structural strength. br>br>I'm sure I'll find other uses for them, and they're a great value for the money.
These aluminum pans are ideal for storing uncooked pizzas. We make ten small pizzas at a time, and we put them on these pans so that when it's time to put them in the pizza oven, they slide right off onto the peel (with plenty of cornmeal or similar). The pans are simple to clean, and the baked pizza can be placed back in them. It's much more difficult to slide the pizza onto the peel in pans with a higher lip. br>I gave it four stars instead of five because I only got five pans, not the six that were advertised.
Easy pizza dough recipe that takes only 20 minutes to prepare - Pans were desperately needed. These pans appeared to be a good entry level, as I wasn't sure if this would be a rare or common occurrence. It turns out I was correct; they are sturdy and evenly heat (and I've since purchased a second set for a friend). br>br>I don't recommend putting them in the dishwasher because it will alter their appearance (though the cooking does not appear to be affected). Homemade pizza is so much better (and cheaper) than delivered pizza that the only downside is that I now have to clean up after pizza night.
We make pizzas with large flour tortillas in these small pizza pans. That recipe isn't for purists, but it's quick and easy, and it's low in calories. Toppings for pizza can be added on top. To make cleanup easier, sprinkle the pan with cornmeal. However, cleanup has been a breeze for us.
They're easy to clean and, despite their light weight, they're quite durable.
The pizza will not easily slide off the pan and onto the pizza oven floor if this is not done.
They worked perfectly, evenly cooking the pizza and removing them was a breeze. Looks like it was just bought. For a reasonable price, this is an excellent product.
