It's ideal for carving your bird while holding it in your hands

We needed something like this to carve our Thanksgiving turkey. It safely secures the food you're carving. For convenient storage, the shorter fork has a hole and a strap. I'm wishing now that the larger one did as well. My husband, on the other hand, seems to be able to drill one out quite easily. Oh, and cleaning up was a breeze, especially when it came to hand washing. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful product.
