The door has a few flaws in terms of design. It doesn't look like it's made of double-tempered glass. It also doesn't have a very good seal. The front end generates a lot of heat. This is a significant flaw and a potential safety hazard. br>br>Also, my wife "hates" the fact that after pre-heating, you hit the start button again. A second step interaction is not something she enjoys or desires. br>I'd love to be able to turn it off in the settings. br>The rest of the voice functionality is hampered by the need to press a button. It is a requirement, according to the manufacturer. However, I am unable to locate such a document. br>Can be used as an oven and toaster (if not too close to the heat leaky door). br>The design of the crib tray is simply awful. br>An annoyance is that when you open the door, it does not push the tray/rack forward. You don't realize how crucial a feature is until it's no longer available. br> br>The user interface is acceptable, and it is certainly usable. When we had our old one, the display would change color while cooking, which is another little thing you don't realize you need until it's gone.
br>br>All I have to say is, "Holy Cow!" This oven is fantastic - it cooks everything evenly and quickly. I just finished roasting a ten-pound turkey in it. It's moist on the inside and crispy on the outside, and I'm thrilled to be able to use an oven once more. Multifunctionality and a super small oven. Please keep in mind: br>br> The 10 pound turkey fit perfectly in this oven, which was designed to cook only a 5 or 6 pound roasting chicken. I used two layers of foil to completely cover it. br>I inserted butter under the skin of the turkey, then brushed it with olive oil before wrapping it in foil. br>Preheat oven to 310°F for 2 hours, then uncover and raise temperature to 400°F. The turkey was moist and crispy at the same time. I'm blown away! The turkey was a regular Jane for 50 cents per pound! It turned out much better than a very expensive turkey from you know who! I covered the turkey to prevent too much oil from splashing onto the top elements, and only uncovered it for the last 25 minutes of roasting. br>I'm just stating what I did - When deciding what you can safely roast in this oven, use your best judgment. There was no smoke at all.
Preheating won't stop, so I'm back.
I do a lot of cooking, and this Cosori is exactly what I needed to expand my kitchen's capabilities, allowing me to serve high-quality "grab-and-go" meals on the farm while also entertaining guests. I'm a big fan of the rotisserie chicken. Despite the fact that I have yet to use it I've prepared appetizers (jalapeno poppers) - which turned out fantastically! In the airfryer, I also made some chicken nuggets- which didn't let us down either! Bake, toast, broil, defrost, and proof bread can all be done with the Cosori. Oh, my goodness, there are so many possibilities. My choice is the "Intelligent" one. When the preheat cycle is finished, it will call me and let me know. OR when you've finished your meal! It's large enough to bake a pie or a cake, and I'm sure it'll come in handy during the holiday cooking and baking frenzy. I'm very pleased with my purchase, as well as the excellent documentation that came with it.
a toaster oven that works This 12-pack of Cosori a multi-faceted The toaster oven's functions are excellent. I bought this to replace an older toaster oven and toaster. It's simple to use, and all of the features function properly. br>Two things that aren't ideal: 1) I need to move the oven further out onto the counter because it gets quite hot outside, and 2) I need to pre-heat the oven before using it. I have to press the start button in order for the heat function to go into bake mode. If you are a multi-tasker, this is inconvenient. focusing on other aspects of the cooking process.
It appears to work. . . I suppose. Toasting bread or a bagel in a conventional toaster oven takes twice as long. When making wings in the air fryer, you'll end up with a greasy mess. Cleaning it is extremely difficult.
This is a fantastic kitchen appliance to have. Simple to work with. Because I live in a hot climate, I appreciate being able to cook a small meal in the oven without having to heat up the entire kitchen. You'll wonder why you waited so long to buy it once you have it.
This is my second toaster oven, as my first one was of a different brand and quit after only four months. The Cosori has exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The air fryer is ideal for this task. So far, chicken wings, chicken tenders, burgers, and fries have been on the menu. The toast and warm functions are the only others I've used. br>br>The only drawback, if there is one, is that there is no pause button.
