I've already used it a few times and it's fantastic; the build quality has really surprised me. It's fantastic for such a low-cost oven. I'm fairly certain it's brand new, as everything appears to be in its original condition.

the repackaging a renovation All of the dents were visible, and I had to realign the tray slots because they were twisted and the trays wouldn't fit

NO INSTRUCTIONS, NOT EVEN A COOKBOOK, ON HOW TO TURN IT ON, ETC. , THROWN IN AN EXTREMELY LARGE BOX WITHOUT ANY FOAM, ETC. POOR PACKAGE with pieces all over the box. It was not worthwhile to save the money.
