The product is great, but shipping is slow

The glasses I ordered from this seller are my second purchase from them. It came in a bubble lined manila envelope, which is a shame since they are great glasses. Their customer service was very good when my first order was broken, so I sent them a picture of the damage and they promptly refunded my money. I was really surprised they did not break this time the next time they shipped the glasses the same way, although this time the boxes they were in were all smashed up. In spite of this, they are great glasses. The father I had loved them because it was perfect when he would light a cigar and drink some 18-year-old I feel this is a great product, although shipping can be a bit problematic.
