Unlike anything else on the market, these were extraordinary! In the past, I had ordered from another company and was terribly disappointed with my purchase upon arrival (after weeks and many issues). So, I turned to Amazon and found this wonderful company and was given a replacement within 2 In addition to looking wonderful, I did not give them five stars for weight because they are solid and carry a nice quality feel, so if you want something super lightweight, this is not the model for you. It feels like a well-made product, not flimsy, not cheap, but very impressive! I will be giving this as a gift, so that is important to me.

It was love at first sight for me. Heavy enough to not tip over and durable enough to not break. The dishes I received were all thrown into the dishwasher after I washed them as they said they were dishwasher safe (I bought three sets, so have a dozen dishes). I threw away the packaging, since the clothing washed so well. They were then put in the dishwasher again after I used them. As the clear finish became flecked with small white spots, it lost its pretty appearance. When I tried to hand wash them and rub the marks off, they would not come off. It looks like they are dirty now. The package would be perfect for returning them if I had kept it. It is durable and holds up well outside by the pool/patio. So, I gave 3 stars to it. I took off 2 stars because I had to justify my usage of them to others each time. Now, I won't be able to use them inside at more formal events.
