how to get rid of shipping creases These placemats are quite lovely. It was exactly what I was looking for. Please keep the following in mind if you have crease issues: br>They arrive folded in half, but the crease can be removed by laying the mat flat on a board or heatproof counter and using a hair dryer on high for a minute or two while patting down the crease. The crease (or creases) vanishes as if by magic! The issue was resolved without the need to return the item!.
It's made of polyurethane, but it looks like cloth until you get close enough to touch it. Thank you so much, Kelli.
They were too flimsy and had a mesh pattern on them. I needed a sturdy place mat that would not spill anything on my tablecloth or table. In the description, there was no mention of the mesh design. I gave them back to you.
They were folded in half when they arrived. I've been trying to get rid of the crease for a few weeks and haven't been able to. They are not as stiff as the ones I purchased from a big box retailer. They have a fabric-like feel to them, as if they were meant to be used for outdoor furniture.
They aren't quite as large as I had anticipated. They did the job I needed them to do, but they could have been a little bit bigger.
This is a lovely placemat, but it is very light.
Despite the weight of a plate, the mats do not remain non-slip. However, it is simple to clean.
I like how it looks and how easy it is to clean. They should be used on a regular basis.
