Stainless steel with a thin wall was used to make the bowl. It's designed more as a mixing bowl than a cooking vessel. Cooking would most likely warp the bowl over time due to the high heat.

I bought this to make large batches of bread for my in-house bakery. Bakery in your own home It's never been in the dishwasher, and I only use wooden spoons in it, but the inside of the bowl has started to flake off after several uses. Needless to say, I'm not going to be able to eat it. Because the return period has passed, all I can do now is advise others to avoid making this purchase.
Purchased to assist my husband in preparing his own hot wings at home, which is a new hobby for him. The size is ideal for tossing large batches of wings. Very long-lasting, easy to clean, and well-made in general. I am pleased with my purchase.
a bowl of appropriate size At my house, I used to serve salads to a large group of people (around 100). It looked a lot nicer than disposable aluminum pans, and it was a great price. I'll be able to use these for many more parties in the future. It's also great for mixing cookie dough during the holidays.
