Today was the day that I got my package. When I opened it, I was surprised to see glitter falling from the glasses. Why? The engraving, on the other hand, is nothing more than glitter on top of a chemical or glue that I don't know what it is. Glitter is missing from some of the letters and wedding date numbers. I would not have ordered these flutes if I had known the engraving was done in this way. How can these flutes be dishwasher safe if the engraving is so easy to remove? This was a terrible decision.

Arrived in a flash and were meticulously packed: ) I was able to put them in the dishwasher with no problems. Don't hesitate to purchase these glasses for your wedding, they will be a wonderful keepsake! It will not be a mistake!.

Update (as of 6/8/2019; purchased in 2017): They wash well (I've only washed them by hand, but several times) and still look great! I'm really looking forward to using this for our wedding day and subsequent anniversaries! To say the style and wording on it, I simply followed the steps as I checked out. They also shipped without a hitch because they were so well packaged.

They were perfect, and I was blown away by how quickly they were created, mailed, and delivered. Because they shipped the same day or the next day, I assumed there would be a mistake and they wouldn't be right when I received them, but they were PERFECT! I got exactly what I asked for, and it looks exactly like the picture (minus my name and wedding date). I really like these, and we've gotten a lot of positive feedback on them!.

I was even worried that they hadn't sent us personalized ones, but they confirmed that they did have our custom name and date on them. Because they were processed so quickly, I was worried they wouldn't be of high quality. However, they were perfect when I received them; I loved them, and we still use them to continue celebrating because we have champagne leftover from our wedding.

They arrived in a matter of days, and I'm very pleased with their appearance and quality. It has a very solid feel to it and is beautiful to look at. I'm so happy I came across them while browsing Amazon. It's a lot less work than going to a bridal store and paying the exorbitant price for engraved glasses. It was difficult to get them out of the box because they were so well packed; they took great care to ensure that our items arrived intact. It was well worth the money!.

The product is good and will make a lovely personalized gift, but the packaging is awful - It arrived in a plastic bag instead of a cardboard box, wrapped in styrofoam. The styrofoam shielded the product, but it's all bent out of shape and looks tacky, so I'll have to toss it and replace it with more presentable packaging.

My glasses are perfect for me. The etching is beautiful, and they took great care in packaging it for shipping. There is a single problem. The Mrs. 's letter "s" is a little smudged, as is the heart. Only a close examination will reveal it. That's not bad. I would buy it again.
