Yes, it is delivered in a Waterford box. Each glass is marked with a Waterford logo. There was no etching that I could see. It was perfect for a Christmas gift exchange (one of those where you can steal the gift twice, etc.). It was a source of contention.

I got a pair as a gift and loved them so much that I ordered another pair from Amazon. One of the pair I got from Amazon has an oddly wide base that won't fit in a standard wine glass rack. The other one, as well as both of the other pairs, are suitable. So I ordered a third pair, intending to use one of the third pair's glasses in my glass rack and return the broken glass with the extra. When the third pair arrived, one of the glasses fit perfectly and the other is too wide, so I'm returning the two that are too wide. br>br>However, if you plan to hang the glasses in a glass rack, make sure to inspect them immediately after receiving them. The wine glasses in this pattern have now become a source of concern for me. As I ordered new wine glasses, I planned to keep this pattern going. I'll take it slow at first and only order one or two.
