It is an occasional carving set of good quality

The disks were just as pictured, but no box lid came with them. I used them for carving our standing rib roast for Christmas. In addition to the knife's edge being acceptable sharp, the fork's tines are as well. These shoes are very nice looking and are appropriate for occasional use. A French bee is cute and I like it.
