Can you please tell me why the custard in Quiche leaks ?

No, mine did not, but I did not use liquid or running mix, I used pie crust and it worked perfectly!

It is no longer necessary to use a traditional pizza stone

You can use this pan for so many different things. With just a wipe over after cleaning, this makes cleaning up a simple process, and using it to make pizza is quick and easy. The traditional pizza stone doesn't compare to this one at all. No longer do I need to replace it on the oven rack in order to achieve the crispness it demands. Due to the removable bottom of the frying pan, the crisp pizza could not be removed from the pan any It is lovely to have a shell that is fluted.

This is a really good pizza pan! I'm happy with how things are going so far

The reviews of people who have cooked pizza with it led me to buy I can fit my toaster oven perfectly into its diameter of 11 inches. I used the same pan as before. As soon as the dough has set up, I need to remove the pizza from the pan. The bottom needs to be finished browning. The oven seems to be the problem. The pan is not the problem. An additional layer of nonstick was added by lightly rubbing some vegetable oil on top. Up to this point. You can just wipe it off. The way it works though is a little weird. There are two pieces on the pizza, but they get removed once it is set up. You could leave it off when you shape your dough to the pan, but it is nice having it on. The product is good.

The middle of this pan lifts upward, and the bottom has holes for air flow There's no doubt that you make a pretty good The frying pan has such a wide range of applications that I would never consider it of a tart pan are a sign that it is a tart However, I appreciate the fact that it has a fluted shell that can also be used for pizza.

This is an awesome It's the best pan ever! There is no sticking to it and I can cook my 10 inch pizza in my air fryer or conventional oven with no problem.
