It's very simple to remove the puff pastry. They're made of a thin metal that's simple to clean. I cut my fingertips on the razor-sharp edges. Several of the tubes were not properly machined, and the metal edges cut through the plastic and cut my fingers when I placed them in the plastic bag.
It's fairly durable and does the job, but keep an eye on the ends - they can be sharp. The ends are extremely sharp!.

For me, they are ideal because they are easy to clean, use, and have a high level of durability.
The edges are extremely sharp. It appears that they simply cut the metal pieces and sent them. Please cut my fingers in four different ways. Not at all secure!.
