That is, I suppose. Yes, if your cotton candy is the size of a lollipop. That's the tiniest cotton candy I've ever seen.
It's too small for a shot glass and too big for a shot glass.
I didn't try to heat seal them; instead, I filled them with candy or lollipops.
The bags have a width of 3 inches and a height of 4 inches. If your oreo cookies are 3" in diameter or smaller, they'll fit perfectly.

The extra thickness makes it a little difficult to use and tie on cake pops, but it's not a bad product; it does the job and comes with twist ties as a bonus.
I received the bags in which to place the chocolate nut clusters. They were just the right size, and I really liked them. I had about 25 of them, but one of them had a slit in it, so I couldn't use them. I was short on a few, so I had to go to the store and buy some. They weren't quite as nice; nice bags, but allow for those that aren't completely sealed on the side.
For the money, it's a good value. I've made several purchases in the past. I also like the assorted twist ties because they allow me to mix and match my cake pop orders. I'd recommend it!.
These were purchased to be used for cake pops that were larger than average. They don't always fit in the regular size bag because I make them look like characters. These are ideal.
Cake pops can't be made with these because they're too rigid. When putting on pop, more than half of them split at the seam.
It's the right size for my suckers, and I like the size.
Cake pops would be impossible to make due to the size of the container. I wasn't able to put it to any good use.
