As of the 20th century, In January of 2020, I received the following package: They're almost certainly soldered together. The insulated portion of the wire is crimped to the alligator for strain relief purposes.
Dear Customer, We only manufacture high-quality products, and we will solder and stamp the clips. This will be a powerful test lead. Each test lead wire is also made up of 20 copper wires insulated with PVC. br>Ways to go, br>br> G Global Electronics Inc. is a company that specializes in the manufacture of electronic components

I've never measured the resistance of any test leads in all my 50 years of hobbying. Either a lead will work or you will have to pitch it. All of the ones I've tried from this order have worked perfectly; after all, these things are dirt cheap. Just get them and see what you think!

Each end of the wire has an alligator clip. I didn't rate durability because I had only recently received them, but they all passed my tests. I've seen a lot of mismatched sweaters - When the alligator clip is crushed, or when it is cut off to use with. um. some sort of cigarette-smoking material However, making a mistake with them is extremely difficult. br>br>I'm going to assume this "review" was requested by an automated system because no sane person would request such nonsense. If you're looking for jumper wires, you've come to the right place. They're the ones! They are effective. br>br>Wherever you are, I hope you are having a good day. I'm in Virginia Beach, where the sky is blue and the temperature is 83 degrees. They say it will be cooler tomorrow. For the time being, I must say goodbye.
I received the package in good condition and, I believe, ahead of schedule. They appear to be well-built and functional. I dismantled one and discovered that the outside plastic clip molding was _extremely_ tough; This is a very positive development. In addition, the gripper on the inside of the insulation was extremely secure. These are all beneficial to long-term use. With the exception of Following that, everything appeared to be of good mechanical quality. Internal soldering was not visible, indicating that the wires were mechanically attached rather than soldered. As a result, after a certain amount of use, the connection _might_ become intermittent. It's possible that the wires will snag and transmit force to the clip's mechanical wire connections. I gave it five stars because of the mechanical quality, but I reduced it to three after failing to find what I consider to be a long-lasting internal wire connection. OTOH: When I tested one set, everything was fine. Perhaps there's some kind of insulating penetrating mechanism at work here; The wire simply fell out when I finally got the insulation and the insulation strain relief loose.
As a 43-year technician, I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly in everything from accessories to equipment to hardware. This is a fantastic deal. They should last a long time, in my opinion. I immediately cut one of the ends of several leeds for a specialized jumper plug with flying Leeds, giving me a good opportunity to check the wire gauge and quality, which was a great deal. You could pay more if you wanted to, but you don't have to in this case. The delivery and sellers get two thumbs up.
I used these to troubleshoot a faulty EVAP purge valve solenoid on my truck, which resulted in a code. I connected two of these to the solenoid's electrical connections and tested it with 12 volts DC from my power supply to see if it was working or not, as the repair manual recommended. The wires on the power supply began to melt and smoke as soon as I turned it on, but they did not even get warm. It turned out that the solenoid had an internal short with a very low resistance, and it needed to be replaced. And no, I did not accidentally short the wires; if I had, the power supply would have shut down due to its internal circuit protection, as it had always done in the past when I made similar mistakes. Yes, the PSU would have shut off once the coating melted if I had left it turned on. br>br>What amazed me was how hot my PSU wires got; they were smokin' hot, but they held up without showing any signs of wear. These wires and clips will be of excellent quality, I guarantee it. Do not believe any negative reviews; I've put these wires and clips to the test, and I've proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are well-made from high-quality materials.
These melted into nothing after burning at 5Amps. It began to catch fire, but I was able to put it out and turn off the power before it spread. They'd be fine for low amps, but not more than 1 amp even then.
I'm overjoyed and overjoyed. These clip leads are made up of a standard length of flexible wire with *soldered* connections to the gator clips. The clip crimps the wire insulation. The synthetic rubber clip insulator isn't as stiff as the jaws. It is extremely simple to operate. The clips have sharp teeth that can pierce insulation. br>br>These are by far the best clip leads I've seen in a long time; I don't go through clip leads as quickly as I used to, but if I ever need more, I'll be right back here to get them. Take it from an Old Fart who has been putting prototypes together with clip leads for nearly 50 years: You won't find a better deal for the money than these. Very, very strongly suggested.
This is extremely beneficial. Advantages: br>br>
- br>Sturdy construction,br>- Having a good grip is important,br>- br>- Well-packaged,br>- -br>-br>-br>-br>-br>-b Color counts are even (I purchased a two-pack, so I have four reds, four whites, and so on. )br>br>Cons:
- Rubber clip covers have a slick surface on the inside. When I try to clip one on, the clip tends to slide around under the cover, so I have to be careful how I hold it.
Parts received (we had asked if the clips were soldered). They are soldered and appear to be of high quality. Nice clips, well worth the money, and the wire feels like copper (as opposed to some other clipleads, which have stiff wire that feels like plated steel). We kind of wished we'd ordered the 5-course meal. I could have thrown away all the junk if I had a pack of these. made use of clips that were already on hand from previous purchases.
