Is it possible to save the information on a computer?

The data is not transferable to a computer because the meter stores it internally. These data points will be deleted once the meter is turned off.

Sorry, this item was purchased over two years ago for the techservice department at work, and it is no longer in use.

Is it possible to program this instrument to automatically record readings by using software to program the frequency and period?

The software on the HT200 does not support the features you require. It's a great product that was delivered on time. For professionals on a budget, this program provides you with useful heat stress data. In the hand, however, it feels fragile. I'm afraid it won't be able to withstand a fall, so it should be handled with caution.
